• Each opponent discards two cards and loses 2 life.
• Put target non-Dragon creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose 2 life.

Necromentia

Choose a card name other than a basic land card name. Search target opponent's graveyard, hand, and library for any number of cards with that name and exile them. That player shuffles, then creates a 2/2 black Zombie creature token for each card exiled from their hand this way.

Howltooth Hollow

At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Lightning Skelemental.

At the beginning of each of your postcombat main phases, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the total amount of life your opponents lost this turn. Exile one of those cards and put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may play the exiled card this turn.

Emperor of Bones

At the beginning of combat on your turn, exile up to one target card from a graveyard.

Whenever one or more +1/+1 counters are put on Emperor of Bones, put a creature card exiled with Emperor of Bones onto the battlefield under your control with a finality counter on it. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.

Robber of the Rich

Whenever Robber of the Rich attacks, if defending player has more cards in hand than you, exile the top card of their library. During any turn you attacked with a Rogue, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose an artifact or creature card from it, then choose an artifact or creature card from their graveyard. Exile the chosen cards.

The Mycosynth Gardens

{1}, {T}: Add one mana of any color.
{X}, {T}: The Mycosynth Gardens becomes a copy of target nontoken artifact you control with mana value X.

Laughing Jasper Flint

Creatures you control but don't own are Mercenaries in addition to their other types.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top X cards of target opponent's library, where X is the number of outlaws you control. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.
