Seize the Spotlight

Each opponent chooses fame or fortune. For each player who chose fame, gain control of a creature that player controls until end of turn. Untap those creatures and they gain haste until end of turn. For each player who chose fortune, you draw a card and create a Treasure token.

The Spear of Leonidas

Chandra's Incinerator

This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the total amount of noncombat damage dealt to your opponents this turn.
Trample
Whenever a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, Chandra's Incinerator deals that much damage to target creature or planeswalker that player controls.

Wheel of Misfortune

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Brash Taunter

Indestructible
Whenever Brash Taunter is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to target opponent.
{2}{R}, {T}: Brash Taunter fights another target creature.

Blasphemous Act

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature on the battlefield.
Blasphemous Act deals 13 damage to each creature.

Temur Battle Rage

Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.
Ferocious — That creature also gains trample until end of turn if you control a creature with power 4 or greater.

Pyrohemia

At the beginning of the end step, if no creatures are on the battlefield, sacrifice Pyrohemia.
{R}: Pyrohemia deals 1 damage to each creature and each player.

Cursed Recording

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, put a time counter on Cursed Recording. Then if there are seven or more time counters on it, remove those counters and it deals 20 damage to you.
{T}: When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Earthquake

Earthquake deals X damage to each creature without flying and each player.

Slagstorm

• Slagstorm deals 3 damage to each creature.
• Slagstorm deals 3 damage to each player.

Share the Spoils

When Share the Spoils enters and whenever an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library.
During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with Share the Spoils, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

Resurrection Orb

Equipped creature has lifelink.
Whenever equipped creature dies, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
Equip {4} ({4}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Price of Progress

Price of Progress deals damage to each player equal to twice the number of nonbasic lands that player controls.

Scavenged Brawler

{5}, Exile Scavenged Brawler from your graveyard: Choose target creature. Put four +1/+1 counters, a flying counter, a vigilance counter, a trample counter, and a lifelink counter on that creature. Activate only as a sorcery.

Equipped creature gets +3/+0 and has trample and lifelink.

{3}, {T}: Draw a card. Activate only if you control a creature with power 4 or greater.

Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos

Trample
Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos attacks each combat if able, can't be sacrificed, and can't attack its owner.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Alexios, untaps it, and puts a +1/+1 counter on it. It gains haste until end of turn.

Volcano Hellion

Volcano Hellion has echo {X}, where X is your life total. (At the beginning of your upkeep, if this came under your control since the beginning of your last upkeep, sacrifice it unless you pay its echo cost.)
When Volcano Hellion enters, it deals an amount of damage of your choice to you and target creature. The damage can't be prevented.

Chainsaw

When Chainsaw enters, it deals 3 damage to up to one target creature.
Whenever one or more creatures die, put a rev counter on Chainsaw.
Equipped creature gets +X/+0, where X is the number of rev counters on Chainsaw.

Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.
