Whenever a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, Chandra's Incinerator deals that much damage to target creature or planeswalker that player controls.

Chandra, Legacy of Fire

At the beginning of your end step, Chandra, Legacy of Fire deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of planeswalkers you control.
+1: Add {R} for each planeswalker you control.
0: Remove a loyalty counter from each of any number of permanents you control. Exile that many cards from the top of your library. You may play them this turn.

Chandra, Torch of Defiance

+1: Exile the top card of your library. You may cast that card. If you don't, Chandra, Torch of Defiance deals 2 damage to each opponent.
+1: Add {R}{R}.
−3: Chandra, Torch of Defiance deals 4 damage to target creature.
−7: You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a spell, this emblem deals 5 damage to any target."

Chandra, Dressed to Kill

+1: Add {R}. Chandra, Dressed to Kill deals 1 damage to up to one target player or planeswalker.
+1: Exile the top card of your library. If it's red, you may cast it this turn.
−7: Exile the top five cards of your library. You may cast red spells from among them this turn. You get an emblem with "Whenever you cast a red spell, this emblem deals X damage to any target, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast that spell."

Chandra, Flame's Catalyst

+1: Chandra, Flame's Catalyst deals 3 damage to each opponent.
−2: You may cast target red instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. If that spell would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead.
−8: Discard your hand, then draw seven cards. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from your hand without paying their mana costs.

Fiery Confluence

Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once.
• Fiery Confluence deals 1 damage to each creature.
• Fiery Confluence deals 2 damage to each opponent.
• Destroy target artifact.

Mechanized Warfare

If a red or artifact source you control would deal damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 1 instead.

Chandra's Regulator

Whenever you activate a loyalty ability of a Chandra planeswalker, you may pay {1}. If you do, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Circle of Flame

Whenever a creature without flying attacks you or a planeswalker you control, Circle of Flame deals 1 damage to that creature.

Lightning Bolt

Lightning Bolt deals 3 damage to any target.

Volt Charge

Volt Charge deals 3 damage to any target. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
