Rather than pay the mana cost for a spell, its controller may discard a card that shares a color with that spell.

{T}: Target player gains control of target artifact, creature, or land you control.

Sudden Substitution

Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)
Exchange control of target noncreature spell and target creature. Then the spell's controller may choose new targets for it.

Zedruu the Greathearted

At the beginning of your upkeep, you gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the number of permanents you own that your opponents control.
{U}{R}{W}: Target opponent gains control of target permanent you control.

Eye of the Storm

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with this enchantment. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Legerdemain

Exchange control of target artifact or creature and another target permanent that shares one of those types with it. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Deflecting Swat

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.
You may choose new targets for target spell or ability.

Confusion in the Ranks

Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters, its controller chooses target permanent another player controls that shares a card type with it. Exchange control of those permanents.

Neera, Wild Mage

Whenever you cast a spell, you may put it on the bottom of its owner's library. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all revealed cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Ludevic, Necro-Alchemist

At the beginning of each player's end step, that player may draw a card if a player other than you lost life this turn.

Gilded Drake

When this creature enters, exchange control of this creature and up to one target creature an opponent controls. If you don't or can't make an exchange, sacrifice this creature. This ability still resolves if its target becomes illegal.

Scrambleverse

For each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which they were chosen. Untap those permanents.

Warp World

Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Daring Thief

Inspired — Whenever this creature becomes untapped, you may exchange control of target nonland permanent you control and target permanent an opponent controls that shares a card type with it.

Puca's Mischief

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exchange control of target nonland permanent you control and target nonland permanent an opponent controls with equal or lesser mana value.

Rootwater Mystic

{1}{U}: Look at the top card of target player's library.

Cultural Exchange

Choose any number of creatures target player controls. Choose the same number of creatures another target player controls. Those players exchange control of those creatures. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Pendant of Prosperity

This artifact enters under the control of an opponent of your choice.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. This artifact's owner draws a card, then that player may put a land card from their hand onto the battlefield.

Tempt with Glory

Tempting offer — Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. Each opponent may put a +1/+1 counter on each creature they control. For each opponent who does, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

Risky Move

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of this enchantment.
When you gain control of this enchantment from another player, choose a creature you control and an opponent. Flip a coin. If you lose the flip, that opponent gains control of that creature.

Xantcha, Sleeper Agent

Xantcha enters under the control of an opponent of your choice.
Xantcha attacks each combat if able and can't attack its owner or planeswalkers its owner controls.
{3}: Xantcha's controller loses 2 life and you draw a card. Any player may activate this ability.

Tymna the Weaver

At the beginning of each of your postcombat main phases, you may pay X life, where X is the number of opponents that were dealt combat damage this turn. If you do, draw X cards.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Dream Cache

Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand both on top of your library or both on the bottom of your library.

Grip of Chaos

Whenever a spell or ability is put onto the stack, if it has a single target, reselect its target at random. (Select from among all legal targets.)

Coveted Jewel

When this artifact enters, draw three cards.
{T}: Add three mana of any one color.
Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls attack you and aren't blocked, that player draws three cards and gains control of this artifact. Untap it.

Astral Dragon

Project Image — When this creature enters, create two tokens that are copies of target noncreature permanent, except they're 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types, and they have flying.

Role Reversal

Exchange control of two target permanents that share a permanent type.

Perplexing Chimera

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may exchange control of this creature and that spell. If you do, you may choose new targets for the spell. (If the spell becomes a permanent, you control that permanent.)

Tempt with Reflections

Tempting offer — Choose target creature you control. Create a token that's a copy of that creature. Each opponent may create a token that's a copy of that creature. For each opponent who does, create a token that's a copy of that creature.

Buyback {2} (You may pay an additional {2} as you cast this spell. If you do, put this card into your hand as it resolves.)
Scry 3. (Look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom and the rest on top in any order.)

Exile all nontoken permanents. Starting with you, each player chooses one of the exiled cards and puts it onto the battlefield tapped under their control. Repeat this process until all cards exiled this way have been chosen.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.
