Cunning Rhetoric

Whenever an opponent attacks you and/or one or more planeswalkers you control, exile the top card of that player's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.

Curse of Misfortunes

Enchant player
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may search your library for a Curse card that doesn't have the same name as a Curse attached to enchanted player, put it onto the battlefield attached to that player, then shuffle.

The Toymaker's Trap

At the beginning of your upkeep, secretly choose a number between 1 and 5 that hasn't been chosen. If you do, an opponent guesses which number you chose, then you reveal the number you chose. If they guessed wrong, they lose life equal to the number they guessed and you draw a card. If they guessed right, sacrifice The Toymaker's Trap.

Darksteel Mutation

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature is an Insect artifact creature with base power and toughness 0/1 and has indestructible, and it loses all other abilities, card types, and creature types.

Four Knocks

Vanishing 4 (This enchantment enters the battlefield with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, draw a card.

Solitary Confinement

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Solitary Confinement unless you discard a card.
Skip your draw step.
You have shroud. (You can't be the target of spells or abilities.)
Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you.

Exclusion Ritual

Imprint — When Exclusion Ritual enters the battlefield, exile target nonland permanent.
Players can't cast spells with the same name as the exiled card.

The Broken Sky

Creature tokens you control get +1/+0 and have lifelink.
At the beginning of your end step, create a 1/1 white and black Spirit creature token with flying.

Invasion of Tolvada

(As a Siege enters, choose an opponent to protect it. You and others can attack it. When it's defeated, exile it, then cast it transformed.)
When Invasion of Tolvada enters the battlefield, return target nonbattle permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Spirit-Sister's Call

At the beginning of your end step, choose target permanent card in your graveyard. You may sacrifice a permanent that shares a card type with the chosen card. If you do, return the chosen card from your graveyard to the battlefield and it gains "If this permanent would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else."

Imp's Mischief

Change the target of target spell with a single target. You lose life equal to that spell's mana value.

Trouble in Pairs

If an opponent would begin an extra turn, that player skips that turn instead.
Whenever an opponent attacks you with two or more creatures, draws their second card each turn, or casts their second spell each turn, you draw a card.

Ominous Cemetery

{T}: Add {C}.
{5}, {T}, Exile Ominous Cemetery: Target creature's owner shuffles it into their library.

Demonic Lore

When Demonic Lore enters the battlefield, draw three cards.
At the beginning of your end step, you lose 2 life for each card in your hand.

Sphere of Safety

Creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays {X} for each of those creatures, where X is the number of enchantments you control.

Tainted Remedy

If an opponent would gain life, that player loses that much life instead.

Teferi's Protection

Creatures enchanted player controls lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 1/1.
Enchanted player can't activate abilities that aren't mana abilities or loyalty abilities.

Curse of Death's Hold

Creatures enchanted player controls get -1/-1.

Solemnity

Players can't get counters.
Counters can't be put on artifacts, creatures, enchantments, or lands.

Soul Echo

Soul Echo enters the battlefield with X echo counters on it.
You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Soul Echo if there are no echo counters on it. Otherwise, target opponent may choose that for each 1 damage that would be dealt to you until your next upkeep, you remove an echo counter from Soul Echo instead.

Curse of Exhaustion

Enchanted player can't cast more than one spell each turn.

Bitterheart Witch

Deathtouch
When Bitterheart Witch dies, you may search your library for a Curse card, put it onto the battlefield attached to target player, then shuffle.

Dark Tutelage

At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. You lose life equal to its mana value.

Moon-Blessed Cleric

Divine Intervention — When Moon-Blessed Cleric enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an enchantment card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Transcendence

You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
When you have 20 or more life, you lose the game.
Whenever you lose life, you gain 2 life for each 1 life you lost. (Damage dealt to you causes you to lose life.)

Ensnaring Bridge

Creatures with power greater than the number of cards in your hand can't attack.

Isochron Scepter

Imprint — When Isochron Scepter enters the battlefield, you may exile an instant card with mana value 2 or less from your hand.
{2}, {T}: You may copy the exiled card. If you do, you may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Cruel Reality

Enchant player
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a creature or planeswalker. If the player can't, they lose 5 life.

Scavenger Grounds

{T}: Add {C}.
{2}, {T}, Sacrifice a Desert: Exile all graveyards.

Reverence

Creatures with power 2 or less can't attack you.

Everybody Lives!

All creatures gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. Players gain hexproof until end of turn. Players can't lose life this turn and players can't lose the game or win the game this turn.

Heliod's Punishment

Enchant creature
Heliod's Punishment enters the battlefield with four task counters on it.
Enchanted creature can't attack or block. It loses all abilities and has "{T}: Remove a task counter from Heliod's Punishment. Then if it has no task counters on it, destroy Heliod's Punishment."

Heliod's Pilgrim

When Heliod's Pilgrim enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Aura card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Pact Weapon

As long as Pact Weapon is attached to a creature, you don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
Whenever equipped creature attacks, draw a card and reveal it. The creature gets +X/+X until end of turn and you lose X life, where X is that card's mana value.
Equip—Discard a card.

Indestructibility

Enchant permanent
Enchanted permanent has indestructible. (Effects that say "destroy" don't destroy that permanent. A creature with indestructible can't be destroyed by damage.)

Mystic Barrier

When Mystic Barrier enters the battlefield or at the beginning of your upkeep, choose left or right.
Each player may attack only the nearest opponent in the last chosen direction and planeswalkers controlled by that opponent.

Abuelo's Awakening

Return target artifact or non-Aura enchantment card from your graveyard to the battlefield with X additional +1/+1 counters on it. It's a 1/1 Spirit creature with flying in addition to its other types.

Smuggler's Share

At the beginning of each end step, draw a card for each opponent who drew two or more cards this turn, then create a Treasure token for each opponent who had two or more lands enter the battlefield under their control this turn.

Blind Obedience

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Artifacts and creatures your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.

Skybind

Constellation — Whenever Skybind or another enchantment enters the battlefield under your control, exile target nonenchantment permanent. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

Greater Auramancy

Other enchantments you control have shroud. (A permanent with shroud can't be the target of spells or abilities.)
Enchanted creatures you control have shroud.

Reprobation

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature loses all abilities and is a Coward creature with base power and toughness 0/1. (It keeps all supertypes but loses all other types and creature types.)

Underdark Rift

{T}: Add {C}.
{5}, {T}, Exile Underdark Rift: Roll a d10. Put target artifact, creature, or planeswalker into its owner's library just beneath the top X cards of that library, where X is the result. Activate only as a sorcery.

Rebuff the Wicked

Counter target spell that targets a permanent you control.

Painful Quandary

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that player loses 5 life unless they discard a card.

Reprieve

Return target spell to its owner's hand.
Draw a card.

Gideon's Intervention

As Gideon's Intervention enters the battlefield, choose a card name.
Your opponents can't cast spells with the chosen name.
Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you and permanents you control by sources with the chosen name.

Karmic Justice

Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls destroys a noncreature permanent you control, you may destroy target permanent that opponent controls.

Doom Foretold

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player sacrifices a nonland, nontoken permanent. If that player can't, they discard a card, they lose 2 life, you draw a card, you gain 2 life, you create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance, then you sacrifice Doom Foretold.

Lapse of Certainty

Counter target spell. If that spell is countered this way, put it on top of its owner's library instead of into that player's graveyard.

Phyrexian Unlife

You don't lose the game for having 0 or less life.
As long as you have 0 or less life, all damage is dealt to you as though its source had infect. (Damage is dealt to you in the form of poison counters.)

Clever Concealment

Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.)
Any number of target nonland permanents you control phase out. (Treat them and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until your next turn.)
