Bloodvial Purveyor

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that player creates a Blood token. (It's an artifact with "{1}, {T}, Discard a card, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.")
Whenever Bloodvial Purveyor attacks, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn for each Blood token defending player controls.

Smothering Tithe

Whenever an opponent draws a card, that player may pay {2}. If the player doesn't, you create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Clackbridge Troll

When Clackbridge Troll enters the battlefield, target opponent creates three 0/1 white Goat creature tokens.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, any opponent may sacrifice a creature. If a player does, tap Clackbridge Troll, you gain 3 life, and you draw a card.

Generous Gift

Destroy target permanent. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Elephant creature token.

When Hunted Horror enters the battlefield, target opponent creates two 3/3 green Centaur creature tokens with protection from black.

Tombstone Stairwell

Cumulative upkeep {1}{B} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
At the beginning of each upkeep, if Tombstone Stairwell is on the battlefield, each player creates a 2/2 black Zombie creature token with haste named Tombspawn for each creature card in their graveyard.
At the beginning of each end step or when Tombstone Stairwell leaves the battlefield, destroy all tokens created with Tombstone Stairwell. They can't be regenerated.

Overencumbered

When Overencumbered enters the battlefield, enchanted opponent creates a Clue token, a Food token, and a Junk token.
At the beginning of combat on enchanted opponent's turn, that player may pay {1} for each artifact they control. If they don't, creatures can't attack this combat.

Decree of Pain

Destroy all creatures. They can't be regenerated. Draw a card for each creature destroyed this way.

When you cycle Decree of Pain, all creatures get -2/-2 until end of turn.

When Slaughter Specialist enters the battlefield, each opponent creates a 1/1 white Human creature token.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Slaughter Specialist.

Wanted Scoundrels

When Wanted Scoundrels dies, target opponent creates two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Benevolent Offering

Choose an opponent. You and that player each create three 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying.
Choose an opponent. You gain 2 life for each creature you control and that player gains 2 life for each creature they control.

Mondrak, Glory Dominus

If one or more tokens would be created under your control, twice that many of those tokens are created instead.
{1}{W/P}{W/P}, Sacrifice two other artifacts and/or creatures: Put an indestructible counter on Mondrak, Glory Dominus. ({W/P} can be paid with either {W} or 2 life.)

Awaken the Erstwhile

Each player discards all the cards in their hand, then creates that many 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens.

Batwing Brume

Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn if {W} was spent to cast this spell. Each player loses 1 life for each attacking creature they control if {B} was spent to cast this spell. (Do both if {W}{B} was spent.)

Kambal, Profiteering Mayor

Whenever one or more tokens enter the battlefield under your opponents' control, for each of them, create a tapped token that's a copy of it. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Whenever one or more tokens enter the battlefield under your control, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
