You may play cards exiled with Tibalt, Cosmic Impostor, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

For each of X target permanents, create X tokens that are copies of that permanent.

At the beginning of each upkeep, if you control no Snakes, create a 1/1 black Snake creature token with deathtouch.
