Artifact
Whenever a permanent you control is put into a graveyard, you get {E} (an energy counter). {T}, Pay {E}{E}{E}{E}{E}{E}: Look at the top six cards of your library. You may cast a spell from among them without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1. Whenever equipped creature attacks, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters). Pay {E}{E}: Choose target creature that's blocking equipped creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, exile the chosen creature. Otherwise, Plasma Caster deals 1 damage to it. Equip {2}
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from white and from blue. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control, then proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) Equip {2}
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from instants and from sorceries. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token. When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. Equip {2}
When T-45 Power Armor enters the battlefield, you get {E}{E} (two energy counters). Equipped creature gets +3/+3 and doesn't untap during its controller's untap step. At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {E}. If you do, untap equipped creature, then put your choice of a menace, trample, or lifelink counter on it. Equip {3}
Creature
Flying Whenever Aetherstorm Roc or another creature enters the battlefield under your control, you get {E} (an energy counter). Whenever Aetherstorm Roc attacks, you may pay {E}{E}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on it and tap up to one target creature defending player controls.
Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you get {E} (an energy counter). {T}, Pay {E}: Target creature gets +1/+0 and gains trample and haste until end of turn. {T}, Pay {E}{E}{E}: Draw a card. {T}, Pay {E}{E}{E}{E}{E}: Return target artifact card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
Artifacts you control have ward {1}. (Whenever an artifact you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {1}.) When Elder Owyn Lyons enters the battlefield or dies, return target artifact card from your graveyard to your hand.
This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control. When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, mill four cards. {T}: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn. (You still pay its costs. Timing rules still apply.)
Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.) Other artifact creatures you control get +2/+2 as long as you have the city's blessing. At the beginning of each upkeep, create a 1/1 colorless Gnome artifact creature token.
If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Whenever Rex, Cyber-Hound deals combat damage to a player, they mill two cards and you get {E}{E} (two energy counters). Pay {E}{E}: Choose target creature card in a graveyard. Exile it with a brain counter on it. Activate only as a sorcery. Rex has all activated abilities of all cards in exile with brain counters on them.
Robobrain War Mind's power is equal to the number of cards in your hand. When Robobrain War Mind enters the battlefield, you get an amount of {E} (energy counters) equal to the number of artifact creatures you control. Whenever Robobrain War Mind attacks, you may pay {E}{E}{E}. If you do, draw a card.
Flash This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature attacking you. When Sentry Bot enters the battlefield, you get {E} for each creature attacking you. At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may pay {E}{E}{E}. If you do, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.) You may have Synth Infiltrator enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it's a Synth artifact creature in addition to its other types.
Enchantment
When Scurry of Gremlins enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 red Gremlin creature tokens. Then you get an amount of {E} (energy counters) equal to the number of creatures you control. Pay {E}{E}{E}{E}: Creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain haste until end of turn.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I, II — Tap up to one target creature and put a stun counter on it. You get {E}{E} (two energy counters). III — Pay any amount of {E}. If you paid one or more {E} this way, shuffle your library, then exile that many cards from the top. You may play one of those cards without paying its mana cost.
Instant
Land
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three or more artifacts, you gain 1 life. {T}: Add {C}. {4}, {T}, Sacrifice Inventors' Fair: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Activate only if you control three or more artifacts.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Urza's Saga gains "{T}: Add {C}." II — Urza's Saga gains "{2}, {T}: Create a 0/0 colorless Construct artifact creature token with 'This creature gets +1/+1 for each artifact you control.'" III — Search your library for an artifact card with mana cost {0} or {1}, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
Planeswalker
+2: Discard up to two cards, then draw that many cards. −2: Sacrifice an artifact. If you do, return target artifact card from your graveyard to the battlefield. −10: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, return that card to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step." Daretti, Scrap Savant can be your commander.
The first activated ability of an artifact you activate each turn costs {2} less to activate. +1: Draw two cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an artifact card. −2: Target artifact becomes an artifact creature. If it isn't a Vehicle, it has base power and toughness 4/4. −6: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact you control becomes tapped, draw a card."
