Interaction
You may choose not to untap Callous Oppressor during your untap step. As Callous Oppressor enters the battlefield, an opponent chooses a creature type. {T}: Gain control of target creature that isn't of the chosen type for as long as Callous Oppressor remains tapped.
Land
Protection
Counter target spell. If the spell is countered this way, exile it with three time counters on it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may play it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
Ramp
The Line
Look at the top X cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. Flashback—{1}{U}, Exile X blue cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost, then exile it. You can't exile Flash of Insight to pay for its own flashback cost.)
As Living Lore enters the battlefield, exile an instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. Living Lore's power and toughness are each equal to the exiled card's mana value. Whenever Living Lore deals combat damage, you may sacrifice it. If you do, you may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
Flash When Snapcaster Mage enters the battlefield, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
As long as the top card of your graveyard is a creature card, Volrath's Shapeshifter has the full text of that card and has the text "{2}: Discard a card." (Volrath's Shapeshifter has that card's name, mana cost, color, types, abilities, power, and toughness.) {2}: Discard a card.
Maybeboard
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player reveals the top card of their library. If it's a creature card, the player puts the card into their graveyard and Shapeshifter's Marrow becomes a copy of that card. (If it does, it loses this ability.)
