Vigilance
Robaran Mercenaries has all activated abilities of all legendary creatures you control.

Herald's Horn

As Herald's Horn enters the battlefield, choose a creature type.
Creature spells you cast of the chosen type cost {1} less to cast.
At the beginning of your upkeep, look at the top card of your library. If it's a creature card of the chosen type, you may reveal it and put it into your hand.

One with the Multiverse

You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library.
Once during each of your turns, you may cast a spell from your hand or the top of your library without paying its mana cost.

Boneyard Desecrator

Menace
{1}{B}, Sacrifice another creature: Put a +1/+1 counter on Boneyard Desecrator. If an outlaw was sacrificed this way, create a Treasure token. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are outlaws.)

Greedy Freebooter

When Greedy Freebooter dies, scry 1 and create a Treasure token. (To scry 1, look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom. A Treasure token is an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel

Whenever Malcolm, Alluring Scoundrel deals combat damage to a player, put a chorus counter on it. Draw a card, then discard a card. If there are four or more chorus counters on Malcolm, you may cast the discarded card without paying its mana cost.

Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer

Whenever Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token and exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card.
Dash {1}{R} (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it's returned from the battlefield to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.)

Haunting Voyage

Choose a creature type. Return up to two creature cards of that type from your graveyard to the battlefield. If this spell was foretold, return all creature cards of that type from your graveyard to the battlefield instead.
Foretell {5}{B}{B} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)

Blood Crypt

({T}: Add {B} or {R}.)
As Blood Crypt enters the battlefield, you may pay 2 life. If you don't, it enters the battlefield tapped.

Swamp

Deadeye Quartermaster

When Deadeye Quartermaster enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Equipment or Vehicle card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Captivating Crew

{3}{R}: Gain control of target creature an opponent controls until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn. Activate only as a sorcery.

Prairie Stream

({T}: Add {W} or {U}.)
Prairie Stream enters the battlefield tapped unless you control two or more basic lands.

Port Razer

Whenever Port Razer deals combat damage to a player, untap each creature you control. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
Port Razer can't attack a player it has already attacked this turn.

Watery Grave

({T}: Add {U} or {B}.)
As Watery Grave enters the battlefield, you may pay 2 life. If you don't, it enters the battlefield tapped.

Sol Ring

Cutthroat Negotiator

Parley — Whenever Cutthroat Negotiator attacks, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, you create a tapped Treasure token. Then each player draws a card.

Crafty Cutpurse

Flash
When Crafty Cutpurse enters the battlefield, each token that would be created under an opponent's control this turn is created under your control instead.

Staunch Crewmate

When Staunch Crewmate enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal an artifact or Pirate card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Deserted Beach enters the battlefield tapped unless you control two or more other lands.

Rodeo Pyromancers

Whenever you cast your first spell each turn, add {R}{R}.

Kellogg, Dangerous Mind

Whenever Kellogg, Dangerous Mind attacks, create a Treasure token.
Sacrifice five Treasures: Gain control of target creature for as long as you control Kellogg. Activate only as a sorcery.

Ramirez DePietro, Pillager

When Ramirez DePietro, Pillager enters the battlefield, you lose 2 life and create two Treasure tokens.
Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal combat damage to a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled.

Haunted Ridge

Haunted Ridge enters the battlefield tapped unless you control two or more other lands.
{T}: Add {B} or {R}.

Ancient Tomb

{T}: Add {C}{C}. Ancient Tomb deals 2 damage to you.

Generous Plunderer

Menace
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may create a Treasure token. When you do, target opponent creates a tapped Treasure token.
Whenever Generous Plunderer attacks, it deals damage to defending player equal to the number of artifacts they control.

At Knifepoint

As long as it's your turn, outlaws you control have first strike. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are outlaws.)
Whenever you commit a crime, create a 1/1 red Mercenary creature token with "{T}: Target creature you control gets +1/+0 until end of turn. Activate only as a sorcery." This ability triggers only once each turn.

Gemcutter Buccaneer

Whenever Gemcutter Buccaneer or another Pirate enters the battlefield under your control, create a tapped Treasure token.
Treasures you control are Equipment in addition to their other types and have "Equipped creature gets +2/+0," equip Pirate {1}, and equip {3}.

Graywater's Fixer

Each outlaw creature card in your graveyard has encore {X}, where X is its mana value. (Exile it and pay its encore cost: For each opponent, create a token copy that attacks that opponent this turn if able. They gain haste. Sacrifice them at the beginning of the next end step. Activate only as a sorcery.)

Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier

Whenever another outlaw enters the battlefield under your control, Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier deals 1 damage to target opponent. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are outlaws.)

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that player has no cards in hand, that player draws three cards.

Whenever Zara, Renegade Recruiter attacks, look at defending player's hand. You may put a creature card from it onto the battlefield under your control tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Return that creature to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.

Prosperous Pirates

When Prosperous Pirates enters the battlefield, create two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Clifftop Retreat

Clifftop Retreat enters the battlefield tapped unless you control a Mountain or a Plains.

Admiral Beckett Brass

Other Pirates you control get +1/+1.
At the beginning of your end step, gain control of target nonland permanent controlled by a player who was dealt combat damage by three or more Pirates this turn.

Dire Fleet Neckbreaker

Sacrifice three Treasures: Draw a card.

Malik, Grim Manipulator

When Malik, Grim Manipulator enters the battlefield, you and target opponent each secretly choose a creature that player controls. Then those choices are revealed, and that player sacrifices those creatures.
Whenever an opponent sacrifices a creature, you create a Treasure token.

Forerunner of the Coalition

When Forerunner of the Coalition enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a Pirate card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.
Whenever another Pirate enters the battlefield under your control, each opponent loses 1 life.

Academy Ruins

Rakish Crew

When Rakish Crew enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 red Mercenary creature token with "{T}: Target creature you control gets +1/+0 until end of turn. Activate only as a sorcery."
Whenever an outlaw you control dies, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life. (Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks are outlaws.)

Drowned Catacomb enters the battlefield tapped unless you control an Island or a Swamp.

Captain N'ghathrod

Horrors you control have menace.
Whenever a Horror you control deals combat damage to a player, that player mills that many cards.
At the beginning of your end step, choose target artifact or creature card in an opponent's graveyard that was put there from their library this turn. Put it onto the battlefield under your control.

Orochi Soul-Reaver

Ninjutsu {3}{B} ({3}{B}, Return an unblocked attacker you control to hand: Put this card onto the battlefield from your hand tapped and attacking.)
Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token and manifest the top card of that player's library. (Put it onto the battlefield face down as a 2/2 creature. Turn it face up any time for its mana cost if it's a creature card.)

Don Andres, the Renegade

Each creature you control but don't own gets +2/+2, has menace and deathtouch, and is a Pirate in addition to its other types.
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you don't own, create two tapped Treasure tokens.

Breeches, Brazen Plunderer

Menace
Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, exile the top card of each of those opponents' libraries. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.
Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)

Coercive Recruiter

Whenever Coercive Recruiter or another Pirate enters the battlefield under your control, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. Until end of turn, it gains haste and becomes a Pirate in addition to its other types.

Angrath's Marauders

If a source you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals double that damage to that permanent or player instead.

Olivia, Opulent Outlaw
