Citadel of Pain

At the beginning of each player's end step, Citadel of Pain deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of untapped lands they control.

Cosmic Rebirth

Choose target permanent card in your graveyard. If it has mana value 3 or less, you may put it onto the battlefield. If you don't put it onto the battlefield, put it into your hand.
You gain 3 life.

Rousing Refrain

Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it.
Suspend 3—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Magnetic Mountain

Blue creatures don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may choose any number of tapped blue creatures they control and pay {4} for each creature chosen this way. If the player does, untap those creatures.

Deflecting Palm

The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to you this turn, prevent that damage. If damage is prevented this way, Deflecting Palm deals that much damage to that source's controller.

Bard Class

(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.)
Legendary creatures you control enter the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on them.
{R}{G}: Level 2
Legendary spells you cast cost {R}{G} less to cast. This effect reduces only the amount of colored mana you pay.
{3}{R}{G}: Level 3
Whenever you cast a legendary spell, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn.

Curse of Marit Lage

When Curse of Marit Lage enters the battlefield, tap all Islands.
Islands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Take an extra turn after this one if an opponent cast a blue spell this turn.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Aerial Extortionist

Whenever Aerial Extortionist enters the battlefield or deals combat damage to a player, exile up to one target nonland permanent. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may cast it.
Whenever another player casts a spell from anywhere other than their hand, draw a card.

Display of Power

This spell can't be copied.
Copy any number of target instant and/or sorcery spells. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Destiny Spinner

Creature and enchantment spells you control can't be countered.
{3}{G}: Target land you control becomes an X/X Elemental creature with trample and haste until end of turn, where X is the number of enchantments you control. It's still a land.

Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Pir's Whim

For each player, choose friend or foe. Each friend searches their library for a land card, puts it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffles. Each foe sacrifices an artifact or enchantment they control.

Rocco, Street Chef

At the beginning of your end step, each player exiles the top card of their library. Until your next end step, each player may play the card they exiled this way.
Whenever a player plays a land from exile or casts a spell from exile, you put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and create a Food token. (It's an artifact with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life.")

Inspiring Statuary

Nonartifact spells you cast have improvise. (Your artifacts can help cast those spells. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.)

Enchanted permanent has "{T}: Target player adds two mana of any one color. The next spell they cast this turn has cascade." (When they cast their next spell, they exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card that costs less. They may cast it without paying its mana cost. III — For each opponent, destroy up to one target artifact that player controls.

Of Herbs and Stewed Rabbit

I — Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature. Create a Food token.
II — Draw a card. Create a Food token.
III — Create a 1/1 white Halfling creature token for each Food you control.

Blinding Fog

Prevent all damage that would be dealt to creatures this turn. Creatures you control gain hexproof until end of turn. (They can't be the targets of spells or abilities your opponents control.)

Cultivate

Search your library for up to two basic land cards, reveal those cards, put one onto the battlefield tapped and the other into your hand, then shuffle.

Enchanter's Bane

At the beginning of your end step, target enchantment deals damage equal to its mana value to its controller unless that player sacrifices it.

Veil of Summer

Draw a card if an opponent has cast a blue or black spell this turn. Spells you control can't be countered this turn. You and permanents you control gain hexproof from blue and from black until end of turn. (You and they can't be the targets of blue or black spells or abilities your opponents control.)

Karma

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, Karma deals damage to that player equal to the number of Swamps they control.

Cindervines

Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, Cindervines deals 1 damage to that player.
{1}, Sacrifice Cindervines: Destroy target artifact or enchantment. Cindervines deals 2 damage to that permanent's controller.

Price of Glory

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, if it's not that player's turn, destroy that land.

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

Baeloth Barrityl, Entertainer

Creatures your opponents control with power less than Baeloth Barrityl's power are goaded. (They attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
Whenever a goaded attacking or blocking creature dies, you create a Treasure token.
Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Reclamation

Black creatures can't attack unless their controller sacrifices a land for each black creature they control that's attacking. (This cost is paid as attackers are declared.)
