Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.) Ingenious Prodigy enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, if Ingenious Prodigy has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove a +1/+1 counter from it. If you do, draw a card.
{2}: Equipped creature gains hexproof until end of turn. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.) At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on equipped creature if it's blue. Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
{2}: Regenerate equipped creature. (The next time that creature would be destroyed this turn, it isn't. Instead tap it, remove all damage from it, and remove it from combat.) At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1 counter on equipped creature if it's black. Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
Additional Combat
Whenever one or more modified creatures you control attack, untap all modified creatures you control. After this combat phase, there is an additional combat phase. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.)
When Godo, Bandit Warlord enters the battlefield, you may search your library for an Equipment card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Whenever Godo attacks for the first time each turn, untap it and all Samurai you control. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
Spree (Choose one or more additional costs.) + {2}{R} — Untap all creatures you control. If it's your combat phase, there is an additional combat phase after this phase. + {2} — Creatures you control get +1/+0 and gain first strike until end of turn. + {R} — Choose target opponent. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to that player this turn, create a tapped Treasure token.
Morbid — This spell costs {3} less to cast if a creature died this turn. Enchant creature When Grim Reaper's Sprint enters the battlefield, untap each creature you control. If it's your main phase, there is an additional combat phase after this phase. Enchanted creature gets +2/+2 and has haste.
Whenever you attack, if it's the first combat phase of the turn, untap all attacking creatures. They gain first strike until end of turn. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Each creature you control gets +1/+0 for each time it has attacked this turn. Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, if it's your main phase, there's an additional combat phase after this phase. At the beginning of that combat, untap all creatures you control.
Flying Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.) Whenever Scourge of the Throne attacks for the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player with the most life or tied for most life, untap all attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
Additional Upkeep
Advantage
At the beginning of your upkeep, target opponent reveals the top three cards of their library, may put a creature card from among them onto the battlefield, then puts the rest into their graveyard. You do the same with the top three cards of your library. If two creatures are put onto the battlefield this way, those creatures fight each other.
Menace At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top card of your library. Any opponent may have you put that card into your graveyard. If a player does, Sin Prodder deals damage to that player equal to that card's mana value. Otherwise, put that card into your hand.
Flying Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.) At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have the city's blessing, reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand. Each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is that card's mana value.
Alt Win
Artifact
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from red and from green. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play those cards this turn. You may play an additional land this turn. Equip {2}
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from green and from white. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, exile up to one target creature you own, then search your library for a basic land card. Put both cards onto the battlefield under your control, then shuffle. Equip {2}
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from white and from blue. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control, then proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) Equip {2}
Cast No Cost
Counterspell
Counter target spell. If the spell is countered this way, exile it with three time counters on it instead of putting it into its owner's graveyard. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may play it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
Create Creature Token
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life and amass Zombies 1. (Put a +1/+1 counter on an Army you control. It's also a Zombie. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Zombie Army creature token first.) Whenever a Zombie token you control with power 6 or greater attacks, it gains lifelink until end of turn.
Deals Damage
Arc Blade deals 2 damage to any target. Exile Arc Blade with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
{T}: Put a fuse counter on target creature. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a fuse counter on each creature with a fuse counter on it. Whenever a creature has four or more fuse counters on it, remove all fuse counters from it and destroy it. That creature deals 4 damage to its controller.
Enchant creature At the beginning of your upkeep, you may put an infection counter on Festering Wound. At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, Festering Wound deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of infection counters on Festering Wound.
Rift Bolt deals 3 damage to any target. Suspend 1—{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {R} and exile it with a time counter on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Shivan Meteor deals 13 damage to target creature. Suspend 2—{1}{R}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R}{R} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Double Strike
For Mirrodin! (When this Equipment enters the battlefield, create a 2/2 red Rebel creature token, then attach this to it.) Equipped creature gets +2/+2. Whenever equipped creature attacks, if it's the first combat phase of the turn, untap each attacking creature. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase. Equip {3}{R}
Draw

Will of the council — At the beginning of your upkeep, starting with you, each player votes for carnage or homage. If carnage gets more votes, sacrifice Coercive Portal and destroy all nonland permanents. If homage gets more votes or the vote is tied, draw a card.
Draw two cards. Exile Inspiring Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Indestructible When The One Ring enters the battlefield, if you cast it, you gain protection from everything until your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life for each burden counter on The One Ring. {T}: Put a burden counter on The One Ring, then draw a card for each burden counter on The One Ring.
Suspend 4—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{R} and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. Exile and Play
Flying, first strike At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn. If you exiled a land card this way, create a 3/1 red Dinosaur creature token. If you exiled a nonland card this way, create a Treasure token.
Creatures you control but don't own are Mercenaries in addition to their other types. At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top X cards of target opponent's library, where X is the number of outlaws you control. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.
As Outpost Siege enters the battlefield, choose Khans or Dragons. • Khans — At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. • Dragons — Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, Outpost Siege deals 1 damage to any target.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 2 life and exile the top card of your library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled. Each noncreature spell you cast from exile has conspire. (As you cast that spell, you may tap two untapped creatures you control that share a color with it. When you do, copy it and you may choose new targets for the copy.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, choose an opponent at random. Exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may play that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it. When you cast a spell this way, its owner loses life equal to its mana value.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. During your turn, if an opponent lost life this turn, you may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled with Theater of Horrors. {3}{R}: Theater of Horrors deals 1 damage to target opponent or planeswalker.
Haste At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, the next time they would draw a card this turn, instead they exile the top card of their library. They may play it this turn.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. At the beginning of your end step, if you didn't play a card from exile this turn, create a tapped Powerstone token. (It's an artifact with "{T}: Add {C}. This mana can't be spent to cast a nonartifact spell.")
Gain Control
Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Monarch
When Court of Cunning enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, any number of target players each mill two cards. If you're the monarch, each of those players mills ten cards instead. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)
When Court of Embereth enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, create a 3/1 red Knight creature token. Then if you're the monarch, Court of Embereth deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of creatures you control.
When Court of Locthwain enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of target opponent's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it. If you're the monarch, until end of turn, you may cast a spell from among cards exiled with Court of Locthwain without paying its mana cost.
When Court of Vantress enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, choose up to one other target enchantment or artifact. If you're the monarch, you may create a token that's a copy of it. If you're not the monarch, you may have Court of Vantress become a copy of it, except it has this ability.
Opp Discard
Target player discards three cards. Suspend 4—{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {B} and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Ramp

{T}: Add one mana of any color. At the beginning of your upkeep, put a night counter on Replicating Ring. Then if it has eight or more night counters on it, remove all of them and create eight colorless snow artifact tokens named Replicated Ring with "{T}: Add one mana of any color."
Rotating Fireplace enters the battlefield tapped with a time counter on it. {T}: Add an amount of {C} equal to the number of time counters on Rotating Fireplace. {4}, {T}: Time travel. Activate only as a sorcery. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)
Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it. Recursion
Surveil 3, then return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield with a finality counter on it. Exile Charnel Serenade with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{2}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{B} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Sorcerous Inspiration — At the beginning of your upkeep, return an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard to your hand. Fire of Tzeentch — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch deals 1 damage to each opponent.
If a creature an opponent controls would die, exile it instead. At the beginning of your upkeep, put all creature cards exiled with Gisa, Glorious Resurrector onto the battlefield under your control. They gain decayed. (A creature with decayed can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice it at end of combat.)
Swampwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls a Swamp.) At the beginning of your upkeep, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, that player sacrifices a creature.
Removal
Target player sacrifices half the permanents they control, rounded down. Suspend 2—{2}{B}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{B}{B} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if Curse of the Cabal is suspended, that player may sacrifice a permanent. If the player does, put two time counters on Curse of the Cabal.
Destroy target creature. Its controller loses life equal to its power plus its toughness. Suspend 5—{1}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{B} and exile it with five time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Exile target creature and put two time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may play it without paying its mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
Time Counter
Partner with Rory Williams (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Rory into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) Whenever Amy Pond deals combat damage to a player, choose a suspended card you own and remove that many time counters from it. Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)
Buyback {3} (You may pay an additional {3} as you cast this spell. If you do, put this card into your hand as it resolves.) Choose a counter on target permanent or suspended card. Remove that counter from that permanent or card or put another of those counters on it.
Deep-Sea Kraken can't be blocked. Suspend 9—{2}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {2}{U} and exile it with nine time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.) Whenever an opponent casts a spell, if Deep-Sea Kraken is suspended, remove a time counter from it.

Shadow (This creature can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.) Whenever a time counter is removed from Roiling Horror while it's exiled, target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
When Sinister Concierge dies, you may exile it and put three time counters on it. If you do, exile up to one target creature and put three time counters on it. Each card exiled this way that doesn't have suspend gains suspend. (For each card with suspend, its owner removes a time counter from it at the beginning of their upkeep. When the last is removed, they may cast it without paying its mana cost. Those creature spells have haste.)
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Exile the top five cards of your library. For each nonland card exiled this way, put a number of time counters on that card equal to its mana value. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. II — Time travel, then time travel. III — For each opponent, destroy up to one target artifact that player controls.
Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.) Parallel Universe — Whenever Time Beetle deals combat damage to a player, time travel. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)
Tutor
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice Blood Speaker. If you do, search your library for a Demon card, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Whenever a Demon enters the battlefield under your control, return Blood Speaker from your graveyard to your hand.
Suspend 2—{1}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{B} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. Unblockable
As long as it's your turn, equipped creature has hexproof and can't be blocked. Whenever equipped creature attacks alone, you draw a card and you lose 1 life. Equip Halfling {1} ({1}: Attach to target Halfling you control. Equip only as a sorcery.) Equip {4} ({4}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
Enchant creature As long as enchanted creature is attacking alone, it can't be blocked. Enchanted creature has "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, it connives." (Its controller draws a card, then discards a card. If they discarded a nonland card, they put a +1/+1 counter on this creature.)
Indestructible As long as your devotion to blue is less than five, Thassa isn't a creature. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.) At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 1. {1}{U}: Target creature you control can't be blocked this turn.
Maybeboard
At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Until your next turn, Amplifire's base power becomes twice that card's power and its base toughness becomes twice that card's toughness. Put the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
First strike, protection from multicolored At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Argentum Masticore unless you discard a card. When you discard a card this way, destroy target nonland permanent an opponent controls with mana value less than or equal to the mana value of the discarded card.
Enchant creature At the beginning of your upkeep, you may look at the top five cards of your library. If you do, you may put a creature card that shares a creature type with enchanted creature from among them onto the battlefield, then you put the rest of those cards on the bottom of your library in any order.
Hideaway 5 (When this enchantment enters the battlefield, look at the top five cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.) At the beginning of your upkeep, you may mill three cards. Then if there are twenty or more cards in your graveyard, you may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put an oil counter on another target nontoken artifact or creature you control. {2}, {T}: Create a 1/1 red Phyrexian Goblin creature token. Activate only if an oil counter was removed from a permanent you controlled this turn or a permanent with an oil counter on it was put into a graveyard this turn.
Impossible Girl — If Clara Oswald is your commander, choose a color before the game begins. Clara Oswald is the chosen color. If a triggered ability of a Doctor you control triggers, that ability triggers an additional time. Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)
Fear (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures.) Suspend 5—{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {B} and exile it with five time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)
Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.) At the beginning of your upkeep, put a rust counter on each artifact target opponent controls. Then destroy each artifact with mana value less than or equal to the number of rust counters on it. Artifacts destroyed this way can't be regenerated. When Corrosion leaves the battlefield, remove all rust counters from all permanents.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile a card from your graveyard. Threshold — As long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard, Decaying Soil has "Whenever a nontoken creature is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, you may pay {1}. If you do, return that card to your hand."
Detritivore's power and toughness are each equal to the number of nonbasic land cards in your opponents' graveyards. Suspend X—{X}{3}{R}. X can't be 0. (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {X}{3}{R} and exile it with X time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.) Whenever a time counter is removed from Detritivore while it's exiled, destroy target nonbasic land.
For each tapped nonland permanent target opponent controls, search that player's library for a card with the same name as that permanent. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control, then that player shuffles. Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Epochrasite enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it if you didn't cast it from your hand. When Epochrasite dies, exile it with three time counters on it and it gains suspend. You may have Flesh Duplicate enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it has vanishing 3 if that creature doesn't have vanishing. (A permanent with vanishing 3 enters the battlefield with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)
Suspend 3—{R}{R} Shuffle all permanents you own into your library, then reveal that many cards from the top of your library. Put all non-Aura permanent cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then do the same for Aura cards, then put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two eon counters on Out of the Tombs, then mill cards equal to the number of eon counters on it. If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, instead return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.

Creatures named Lightning Rager can't attack you or planeswalkers you control. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player creates a 5/1 red Elemental creature token named Lightning Rager. It has trample, haste, and "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this creature."
At the beginning of your upkeep or whenever you cast a white spell, put a charge counter on Shrine of Loyal Legions. {3}, {T}, Sacrifice Shrine of Loyal Legions: Create a 1/1 colorless Phyrexian Myr artifact creature token for each charge counter on Shrine of Loyal Legions.
At the beginning of your upkeep or whenever you cast a blue spell, put a charge counter on Shrine of Piercing Vision. {T}, Sacrifice Shrine of Piercing Vision: Look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of charge counters on Shrine of Piercing Vision. Put one of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
Temporal Foresight — When Sibylline Soothsayer enters the battlefield, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card with mana value 3 or greater. Exile that card with three time counters on it. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend. Put the rest of the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses artifact, creature, land, or non-Aura enchantment. All nontoken permanents of that type phase out. (While they're phased out, they're treated as though they don't exist. Each one phases in before its controller untaps during their next untap step.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on The Moment. {2}, {T}: Untap target creature you control. It phases out until The Moment leaves the battlefield. {3}, {T}: Destroy each nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of time counters on The Moment. Then sacrifice The Moment. Activate only as a sorcery.
Until end of turn, target Time Lord you control gains "When this creature dies, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a Time Lord creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order."
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a pain counter on Torture Chamber. At the beginning of your end step, Torture Chamber deals damage to you equal to the number of pain counters on it. {1}, {T}, Remove all pain counters from Torture Chamber: It deals damage to target creature equal to the number of pain counters removed this way.

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. Until end of turn, that player can't cast spells, you may look at the top card of their library any time, you may play the top card of their library, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast spells this way.
