{1}, {T}: Target player mills a card. (They put the top card of their library into their graveyard.) Tap four untapped Advisors you control: Target player mills twelve cards. A deck can have any number of cards named Persistent Petitioners.

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell's mana value.

Choose a card name. Target player reveals cards from the top of their library until a card with that name is revealed. If it is, that player puts the rest of the revealed cards into their graveyard and puts the card with the chosen name on top of their library. Otherwise, the player shuffles.
