II — Distribute seven +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures you control.
III — Until end of turn, creatures you control gain "{1}: This creature fights target creature you don't control." Exile The Grand Evolution, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).

Whenever Spring-Leaf Avenger deals combat damage to a player, return target permanent card from your graveyard to your hand.

Cenote Scout

When Cenote Scout enters the battlefield, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)
