Commander
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, open an Attraction. {X}, {T}: Exile target instant or sorcery card with mana value X from your graveyard and choose an Attraction you control that doesn't have a midway counter on it. Put a midway counter on it. For as long as that Attraction is on the battlefield, whenever you visit it, copy the exiled card. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Each opponent faces a villainous choice — They exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then you may cast that card without paying its mana cost, or that player exiles the top four cards of their library and Ensnared by the Mara deals damage equal to the total mana value of those exiled cards to that player.
Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.
Each opponent secretly chooses silence or snitch, then the choices are revealed. If each opponent chose silence, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 4 damage to each of them. If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence. Flashback {5}{R}{R}
Dice Rolling
(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.) If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll that many dice plus one and ignore the lowest roll. {1}{R}: Level 2 Whenever you roll one or more dice, target creature you control gets +2/+0 and gains menace until end of turn. {2}{R}: Level 3 Creatures you control have haste.
If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll that many dice plus one and ignore the lowest roll. Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1 counter on Wyll, Blade of Frontiers. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of this creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. You may cast sorcery spells as though they had flash.

Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.) Bottle-Cap Blast deals 5 damage to any target. If excess damage was dealt to a permanent this way, create that many tapped Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
Roll a d20. 1—9 | Tap all creatures your opponents control. 10—19 | Tap all creatures your opponents control. Those creatures don't untap during their controllers' next untap steps. 20 | Tap all creatures your opponents control. Those creatures don't untap during their controllers' next untap steps. Until your next turn, creatures your opponents control enter the battlefield tapped.
Spells Matter
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create an X/X colorless Construct artifact creature token, where X is that spell's mana value. {3}{U}{U}, Exile Metallurgic Summonings: Return all instant and sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand. Activate only if you control six or more artifacts.
Sideboard
Visit — Roll a six-sided die. Put a number of luck counters on Pick-a-Beeble equal to the result and create a Treasure token. Then if there are six or more luck counters on Pick-a-Beeble, claim the prize! Prize — Create two Treasure tokens, then sacrifice Pick-a-Beeble and open an Attraction.
Visit — Exile the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of Attractions you've visited this turn (including this one). You may play those cards this turn. At the beginning of the next end step, if any of those cards remain exiled, put them on the bottom of your library in any order.
Visit — Choose an opponent. They choose a creature they control, then you choose a creature you control. You may exile the chosen creatures. If you do, return them to the battlefield under their owners' control at the beginning of the next end step. Otherwise, the chosen creatures fight each other.
