At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on As Foretold.
Once each turn, you may pay {0} rather than pay the mana cost for a spell you cast with mana value X or less, where X is the number of time counters on As Foretold.

Archmage Ascension

At the beginning of each end step, if you drew two or more cards this turn, you may put a quest counter on Archmage Ascension.
As long as Archmage Ascension has six or more quest counters on it, if you would draw a card, you may instead search your library for a card, put that card into your hand, then shuffle.

Hoard Robber

Whenever Hoard Robber deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Merfolk Looter

Bag of Holding

Whenever you discard a card, exile that card from your graveyard.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card, then discard a card.
{4}, {T}, Sacrifice Bag of Holding: Return all cards exiled with Bag of Holding to their owner's hand.

Arcane Bombardment

Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery spell each turn, exile an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard. Then copy each card exiled with Arcane Bombardment. You may cast any number of the copies without paying their mana costs.

Thieves' Tools

When Thieves' Tools enters, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
Equipped creature can't be blocked as long as its power is 3 or less.
Equip {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
