The True Scriptures

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter.)
I — For each opponent, destroy up to one target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
II — Each opponent discards three cards, then mills three cards.
III — Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control. Exile The True Scriptures, then return it to the battlefield (front face up).

Sheoldred

Menace
When Sheoldred enters the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a nontoken creature or planeswalker.
{4}{B}: Exile Sheoldred, then return it to the battlefield transformed under its owner's control. Activate only as a sorcery and only if an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard.

Destroy target creature or enchantment an opponent controls. You lose life equal to that permanent's mana value.

Offer Immortality

Target creature gains deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Sunfall

Exile all creatures. Incubate X, where X is the number of creatures exiled this way. (Create an Incubator token with X +1/+1 counters on it and "{2}: Transform this artifact." It transforms into a 0/0 Phyrexian artifact creature.)

Corrupted Conviction

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.
Draw two cards.

Hunted Bonebrute

Menace
When Hunted Bonebrute enters the battlefield, target opponent creates two 1/1 white Dog creature tokens.
When Hunted Bonebrute dies, each opponent loses 3 life.
Disguise {1}{B}

Serrated Scorpion

When Serrated Scorpion dies, it deals 2 damage to each opponent and you gain 2 life.

Enlightened Tutor

Search your library for an artifact or enchantment card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Damn

Destroy target creature. A creature destroyed this way can't be regenerated.
Overload {2}{W}{W} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Swords to Plowshares

Exile target creature. Its controller gains life equal to its power.

Ghost Quarter

{T}: Add {C}.
{T}, Sacrifice Ghost Quarter: Destroy target land. Its controller may search their library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Archfiend of Despair

Flying
Your opponents can't gain life.
At the beginning of each end step, each opponent loses life equal to the life that player lost this turn. (Damage causes loss of life.)

No Mercy

Whenever a creature deals damage to you, destroy it.

Lord Skitter, Sewer King

Whenever another Rat enters the battlefield under your control, exile up to one target card from an opponent's graveyard.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 1/1 black Rat creature token with "This creature can't block."

Resplendent Angel

Flying
At the beginning of each end step, if you gained 5 or more life this turn, create a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying and vigilance.
{3}{W}{W}{W}: Until end of turn, Resplendent Angel gets +2/+2 and gains lifelink.

When Gray Merchant of Asphodel enters the battlefield, each opponent loses X life, where X is your devotion to black. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. (Each {B} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.)

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Whenever you tap a Swamp for mana, add an additional {B}.

Flawless Maneuver

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.
Creatures you control gain indestructible until end of turn.

Shimmerdrift Vale

Shimmerdrift Vale enters the battlefield tapped.
As Shimmerdrift Vale enters the battlefield, choose a color.
{T}: Add one mana of the chosen color.

Drivnod, Carnage Dominus

If a creature dying causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
{B/P}{B/P}, Exile three creature cards from your graveyard: Put an indestructible counter on Drivnod, Carnage Dominus. ({B/P} can be paid with either {B} or 2 life.)

Arcane Signet

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.

Debt to the Deathless

Each opponent loses two times X life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way.

Yahenni, Undying Partisan

Haste
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Yahenni, Undying Partisan.
Sacrifice another creature: Yahenni gains indestructible until end of turn.

Vermin Gorger

{T}, Sacrifice another creature: Each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.

Command Tower

Bloodchief Ascension

At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Bloodchief Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.)
Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if Bloodchief Ascension has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.

Temple of Civilization

(Transforms from Ojer Taq, Deepest Foundation.)
{T}: Add {W}.
{2}{W}, {T}: Transform Temple of Civilization. Activate only if you attacked with three or more creatures this turn and only as a sorcery.

If one or more creature tokens would be created under your control, three times that many of those tokens are created instead.
When Ojer Taq dies, return it to the battlefield tapped and transformed under its owner's control.

• Create a 2/2 white Cat Beast creature token.
• Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. Those creatures gain vigilance until end of turn.

Bastion of Remembrance

When Bastion of Remembrance enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token.
Whenever a creature you control dies, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

Field of the Dead

Whenever one or more tokens enter the battlefield under your control, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

• Hire a Mercenary — Create a 3/2 colorless Shapeshifter creature token with changeling. You lose 3 life. (It has every creature type.)

Smothering Tithe

Whenever an opponent draws a card, that player may pay {2}. If the player doesn't, you create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Braids, Arisen Nightmare

At the beginning of your end step, you may sacrifice an artifact, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker. If you do, each opponent may sacrifice a permanent that shares a card type with it. For each opponent who doesn't, that player loses 2 life and you draw a card.

Get Lost

Destroy target creature, enchantment, or planeswalker. Its controller creates two Map tokens. (They're artifacts with "{1}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Target creature you control explores. Activate only as a sorcery.")

Land Tax

At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent controls more lands than you, you may search your library for up to three basic land cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.

Staff of the Storyteller

When Staff of the Storyteller enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.
Whenever you create one or more creature tokens, put a story counter on Staff of the Storyteller.
{W}, {T}, Remove a story counter from Staff of the Storyteller: Draw a card.

Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire

{T}: Add {W}.
Channel — {2}{W}, Discard Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire: It deals 4 damage to target attacking or blocking creature. This ability costs {1} less to activate for each legendary creature you control.

Call the Coppercoats

Strive — This spell costs {1}{W} more to cast for each target beyond the first.
Choose any number of target opponents. Create X 1/1 white Human Soldier creature tokens, where X is the number of creatures those opponents control.

Finale of Glory

Create X 2/2 white Soldier creature tokens with vigilance. If X is 10 or more, also create X 4/4 white Angel creature tokens with flying and vigilance.

The Immortal Sun

Players can't activate planeswalkers' loyalty abilities.
At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card.
Spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.
Creatures you control get +1/+1.

Clever Concealment

Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.)
