Commander
The "legend rule" doesn't apply to Slivers you control. Each Sliver creature card in your graveyard has encore {X}, where X is its mana value. Encore {5} ({5}, Exile this card from your graveyard: For each opponent, create a token copy that attacks that opponent this turn if able. They gain haste. Sacrifice them at the beginning of the next end step. Activate only as a sorcery.)
Artifact
Dynastic Command Node — As long as you control your commander, activated abilities of cards in your graveyard cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that ability's activation cost to less than one mana. Translocation Protocols — {3}, {T}: Mill three cards.
Creature
Fear (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures.) Sacrifice a creature: Regenerate Dimir House Guard. Transmute {1}{B}{B} ({1}{B}{B}, Discard this card: Search your library for a card with the same mana value as this card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Transmute only as a sorcery.)
Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of this creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) {1}{R}: Creatures you control named Genasi Enforcers get +1/+0 until end of turn.
When Gray Merchant of Asphodel enters the battlefield, each opponent loses X life, where X is your devotion to black. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. (Each {B} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to black.)
Indestructible As long as your devotion to red is less than five, Purphoros isn't a creature. Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, Purphoros deals 2 damage to each opponent. {2}{R}: Creatures you control get +1/+0 until end of turn.
As Rukarumel, Biologist enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. Slivers you control and nontoken creatures you control are the chosen type in addition to their other creature types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield. {3}, {T}: Create a 1/1 colorless Sliver creature token.
Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent. {1}{B}: Each player mills a card. (They each put the top card of their library into their graveyard.)
Intimidate (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.) Other creatures you control have intimidate. Whenever Vela the Night-Clad or another creature you control leaves the battlefield, each opponent loses 1 life.
Companion — Each permanent card in your starting deck has an activated ability. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for {3} as a sorcery.) Abilities you activate that aren't mana abilities cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana. {1}, {T}: Target creature can't block this turn.
Enchantment
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Destroy target nonland permanent an opponent controls. II — Search your library for a Forest card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. III — Creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn.
Instant
Land
{T}: Add {C}. {T}: Add one mana of any color. Spend this mana only to cast a legendary spell. {T}: Add one mana of any color among legendary permanents you control. {3}, {T}, Exile Plaza of Heroes: Target legendary creature gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.
Sorcery
Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.
Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way. Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)
