Commander

For as long as that card remains exiled, you may cast it. That spell has undaunted. (It costs {1} less to cast for each opponent.) Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Menace Paradox — Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, Flaming Tyrannosaurus deals 3 damage to any target. Then put a +1/+1 counter on Flaming Tyrannosaurus. When Flaming Tyrannosaurus dies, it deals damage equal to its power to each opponent.
Ward {2} As Roaming Throne enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. Roaming Throne is the chosen type in addition to its other types. If a triggered ability of another creature you control of the chosen type triggers, it triggers an additional time.
Draw
Cascade, cascade, cascade, cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. Multiple instances of cascade each trigger separately.)
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, choose one — • Goad target creature that player controls. • Exile the top card of that player's library. Until end of turn, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled. At the beginning of your end step, if there are cards exiled with Valakut Exploration, put them into their owner's graveyard, then Valakut Exploration deals that much damage to each opponent.
The first spell you cast from exile each turn has cascade. (When you cast your first spell from exile, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)

Mosswort Bridge enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {G}. {G}, {T}: You may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost if creatures you control have total power 10 or greater.

Trample Whenever Ilharg, the Raze-Boar attacks, you may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. Return that creature to your hand at the beginning of the next end step. When Ilharg, the Raze-Boar dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.
Removal
Delayed Blast Fireball deals 2 damage to each opponent and each creature they control. If this spell was cast from exile, it deals 5 damage to each opponent and each creature they control instead. Foretell {4}{R}{R} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
Flash When Green Slime enters the battlefield, counter target activated or triggered ability from an artifact or enchantment source. If a permanent's ability is countered this way, destroy that permanent. Foretell {G} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
Sorcery
As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may collect evidence 8. (Exile cards with total mana value 8 or greater from your graveyard.) Search your library for a basic land card. If evidence was collected, instead search your library for a creature or land card. Reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
Theft
First strike When Dire Fleet Daredevil enters the battlefield, exile target instant or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard. You may cast it this turn, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.
Enthralling Performance — When Firbolg Flutist enters the battlefield, gain control of target creature you don't control until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste and myriad until end of turn. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of that creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)
Sideboard
Menace Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, exile the top card of each of those opponents' libraries. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
Dynastic Command Node — As long as you control your commander, activated abilities of cards in your graveyard cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that ability's activation cost to less than one mana. Translocation Protocols — {3}, {T}: Mill three cards.
Trample As an additional cost to cast green permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {G} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of green mana you pay. Whenever you cast a green permanent spell, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may exile any number of red cards from your hand. This spell costs {2} less to cast for each card exiled this way. Exile the top X cards of your library. You may play up to two of those cards until the end of your next turn.
Indestructible As long as your devotion to green is less than five, Nylea isn't a creature. (Each {G} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to green.) Other creatures you control have trample. {3}{G}: Target creature gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Legendary creatures you control enter the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on them. {R}{G}: Level 2 Legendary spells you cast cost {R}{G} less to cast. This effect reduces only the amount of colored mana you pay. {3}{R}{G}: Level 3 Whenever you cast a legendary spell, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn.

Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. Then do it again.) Call Forth the Tempest deals damage to each creature your opponents control equal to the total mana value of other spells you've cast this turn.
This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the total amount of noncombat damage dealt to your opponents this turn. Trample Whenever a source you control deals noncombat damage to an opponent, Chandra's Incinerator deals that much damage to target creature or planeswalker that player controls.
Whenever a creature with toughness 4 or greater is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, you may exile it. At the beginning of the end step, if three or more cards have been exiled with Colfenor's Urn, sacrifice it. If you do, return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control.
First strike As an additional cost to cast red permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {R} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of red mana you pay. Whenever you cast a red permanent spell, Defiler of Instinct deals 1 damage to any target.
Backup 3 (When this creature enters the battlefield, put three +1/+1 counters on target creature. If that's another creature, it gains the following ability until end of turn.) Whenever this creature attacks, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is its power. You may put a permanent card with mana value X or less from among them onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
First strike Suspend 4—{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {R} and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)
{T}: Each player creates a colorless artifact token named Banana with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add {R} or {G}. You gain 2 life." Whenever an artifact an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control that's an Ape or a Monkey. Whenever Kibo attacks, defending player sacrifices an artifact.
Each creature you control gets +1/+0 for each time it has attacked this turn. Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, if it's your main phase, there's an additional combat phase after this phase. At the beginning of that combat, untap all creatures you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
When Share the Spoils enters the battlefield or an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library. During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with Share the Spoils, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.
Whenever Tectonic Giant attacks or becomes the target of a spell an opponent controls, choose one — • Tectonic Giant deals 3 damage to each opponent. • Exile the top two cards of your library. Choose one of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card.
This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control. Whenever one or more nontoken creatures you control die, create a green Fungus Dinosaur creature token with base power and toughness each equal to the total power of those creatures. {2}, {T}: Double target creature's power until end of turn.
Trample Whenever Vaultborn Tyrant or another creature with power 4 or greater enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 3 life and draw a card. When Vaultborn Tyrant dies, if it's not a token, create a token that's a copy of it, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.
You may cast creature spells as though they had flash. +1: Until your next turn, up to one target creature gains vigilance and reach. −2: Look at the top three cards of your library. Exile one face down and put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. For as long as it remains exiled, you may look at that card and you may cast it if it's a creature spell.
This spell costs {1} less to cast for each modified creature you control. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.) Trample Walking Skyscraper has hexproof as long as it's untapped. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
{4}, {T}: Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs. 1—9 | X is one. 10—19 | X is two. 20 | X is three.
