Commander
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {U}{R}. If you do, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. Whenever another nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may pay {G}{U}. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that creature.
Artifact
{2}, {T}: Copy target activated or triggered ability you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {3}, {T}: Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {4}, {T}: Copy target permanent spell you control. (The copy becomes a token.)
Board wipe
Clones
When Court of Vantress enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, choose up to one other target enchantment or artifact. If you're the monarch, you may create a token that's a copy of it. If you're not the monarch, you may have Court of Vantress become a copy of it, except it has this ability.
Flash You may have Mocking Doppelganger enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature an opponent controls, except it has "Other creatures with the same name as this creature are goaded." (They attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
Create a token that's a copy of target permanent. If {R}{G} was spent to cast this spell, instead create a token that's a copy of that permanent, except the token has "When this permanent enters the battlefield, if it's a creature, it fights up to one target creature you don't control."
You may have Sakashima of a Thousand Faces enter the battlefield as a copy of another creature you control, except it has Sakashima of a Thousand Faces's other abilities. The "legend rule" doesn't apply to permanents you control. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
Flash Cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.) You may have Sakashima's Protege enter the battlefield as a copy of any permanent that entered the battlefield this turn.
Create a token that's a copy of target artifact or creature. Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)
Creature
Flying You may reveal the first card you draw each turn as you draw it. Whenever you reveal an instant or sorcery card this way, copy that card and you may cast the copy. That copy costs {2} less to cast. When God-Eternal Kefnet dies or is put into exile from the battlefield, you may put it into its owner's library third from the top.
Doubling up
Draw
If you would draw a card, you may instead choose land or nonland and reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a card of the chosen kind. Put that card into your hand and put all other cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
Instant
Choose target spell or ability with one or more targets. Roll a d20 and add the greatest power among creatures you control. 1—14 | You may choose new targets for that spell or ability. 15+ | You may choose new targets for that spell or ability. Then copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Land
{T}: Add {G}. Channel — {1}{G}, Discard Boseiju, Who Endures: Destroy target artifact, enchantment, or nonbasic land an opponent controls. That player may search their library for a land card with a basic land type, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. This ability costs {1} less to activate for each legendary creature you control.
Ramp
Choose two — • Exile target player's graveyard. You gain 1 life for each card exiled this way. • Search your library for up to two land cards, put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. • Create two 2/2 green Bear creature tokens. • Put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control.
You may pay {3}{G} rather than pay this spell's mana cost. Search your library for up to four basic land cards and reveal them. Put one of them onto the battlefield tapped under an opponent's control if the {3}{G} cost was paid. Put two of them onto the battlefield tapped under your control and the rest into your hand. Then shuffle.
Removal/Interaction
Choose one — • Search your library for a creature or land card and reveal it. Put it onto the battlefield tapped if it's a land card. Otherwise, put it into your hand. Then shuffle. • Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. It deals damage equal to its power to target creature you don't control. • Exile target artifact or enchantment.
Choose target nonlegendary creature. The next time one or more creatures or planeswalkers enter the battlefield this turn, they enter as copies of the chosen creature. Foretell {U} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
This spell can't be copied. Choose one. If an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard, you may choose both. • Copy target spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.) • Create a token that's a copy of target creature.
Sorcery
Casualty 3 (As you cast this spell, you may sacrifice a creature with power 3 or greater. When you do, copy this spell and you may choose a new target for the copy.) Exile target instant or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard. Copy that card. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.
Spell Copy
Whenever you cast an artifact, instant, or sorcery spell, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. This ability triggers only once each turn. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.) Whenever an opponent casts an artifact, instant, or sorcery spell, counter that spell. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Maybeboard
Creature tokens you control have haste. At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 2/1 blue Phyrexian Myr artifact creature token. Then you may choose a token you control. If you do, each other token you control becomes a copy of that token.
Sorcerous Inspiration — At the beginning of your upkeep, return an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard to your hand. Fire of Tzeentch — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Exalted Flamer of Tzeentch deals 1 damage to each opponent.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, choose one that hasn't been chosen — • You may tap or untap target permanent. • Gandalf the Grey deals 3 damage to each opponent. • Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. • Put Gandalf on top of its owner's library.
Changeling Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, if it targets one or more other permanents you control, create a token that's a copy of one of those permanents. When a spell or ability an opponent controls causes you to discard this card, create a token that's a copy of target permanent.
Create a token that's a copy of target creature you control, except it isn't legendary. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Flash When Radiant Performer enters the battlefield, if you cast it from your hand, choose target spell or ability that targets only a single permanent or player. Copy that spell or ability for each other permanent or player the spell or ability could target. Each copy targets a different one of those permanents and players.
You may have Sakashima the Impostor enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except its name is Sakashima the Impostor, it's legendary in addition to its other types, and it has "{2}{U}{U}: Return this creature to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step."
Choose one. If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both. • Target opponent chooses a creature they control. You gain control of it. • Choose a creature you control. Each other creature you control becomes a copy of that creature until end of turn.
(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.) When Sorcerer Class enters the battlefield, draw two cards, then discard two cards. {U}{R}: Level 2 Creatures you control have "{T}: Add {U} or {R}. Spend this mana only to cast an instant or sorcery spell or to gain a Class level." {3}{U}{R}: Level 3 Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, that spell deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of instant and sorcery spells you've cast this turn.
Tempting offer — Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. For each opponent who searches a library this way, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched a library this way shuffles.
When Tomb of Horrors Adventurer enters the battlefield, you take the initiative. Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, copy it. If you've completed a dungeon, copy that spell twice instead. You may choose new targets for the copies. (A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)
Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, Veyran, Voice of Duality gets +1/+1 until end of turn. If you casting or copying an instant or sorcery spell causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.
{T}: Exile target instant or sorcery card from a graveyard. Roll a d20. Activate only as a sorcery. 1—9 | Copy that card. You may cast the copy. 10—19 | Copy that card. You may cast the copy by paying {1} rather than paying its mana cost. 20 | Copy each card exiled with Wizard's Spellbook. You may cast any number of the copies without paying their mana costs.
Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, scry 1. If that spell's mana value is 5 or greater, create a 4/4 blue and red Elemental creature token. If that spell's mana value is 10 or greater, Zaffai, Thunder Conductor deals 10 damage to an opponent chosen at random.
