Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

If it's a noncreature, nonland card, you may reveal it and put it into your hand. −2: When you cast your next instant or sorcery spell from your hand this turn, it gains rebound. (Exile the spell as it resolves. You may activate loyalty abilities of Teferi, Master of Time on any player's turn any time you could cast an instant. +1: Draw a card, then discard a card. −3: Target creature you don't control phases out. If a permanent dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost. Counter target noncreature spell.

Destroy target permanent. Its controller creates a 3/3 green Elephant creature token.

Exile target creature. Its controller gains life equal to its power.

Flying, haste Whenever Jaya's Phoenix deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, copy the next loyalty ability you activate this turn when you activate it. You may choose new targets for the copy. Whenever you cast a planeswalker spell, you may return Jaya's Phoenix from your graveyard to the battlefield.

If you would put one or more counters on a creature or planeswalker you control or on yourself, put that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Flying, vigilance Whenever Leori, Sparktouched Hunter deals combat damage to a player, choose a planeswalker type. Until end of turn, whenever you activate an ability of a planeswalker of that type, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copies.

When Oath of Gideon enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 white Kor Ally creature tokens. Each planeswalker you control enters the battlefield with an additional loyalty counter on it.

When Oath of Teferi enters the battlefield, exile another target permanent you control. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. You may activate the loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control twice each turn rather than only once.

({W/P} can be paid with either {W} or 2 life.) Creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays {W/P} for each of those creatures.

Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out.
