Commander
Eminence — As long as The Ur-Dragon is in the command zone or on the battlefield, other Dragon spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. Flying Whenever one or more Dragons you control attack, draw that many cards, then you may put a permanent card from your hand onto the battlefield.
Board Wipe
Card Advantage
Exile the top three cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. If this spell was cast from a graveyard, you may play cards this way without paying their mana costs. Flashback {7}{R} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
{1}, {T}, Sacrifice Mishra's Research Desk: Exile the top two cards of your library. Choose one of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card. Unearth {1}{R} ({1}{R}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
When Rain of Riches enters the battlefield, create two Treasure tokens. The first spell you cast each turn that mana from a Treasure was spent to cast has cascade. (When you cast the spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)
Whenever you cast a spell from your hand, reveal the top X cards of your library, where X is that spell's mana value. You may cast a spell with mana value X or less from among cards revealed this way without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Card Draw
Dragon
Artifact offering (You may cast this spell as though it had flash by sacrificing an artifact and paying the difference in mana costs between this and the sacrificed artifact. Mana cost includes color.) Flying, double strike Creatures attacking your opponents have double strike.
This spell costs {3} less to cast if you have nine or more cards in your graveyard. Flying When Capricious Hellraiser enters the battlefield, exile three cards at random from your graveyard. Choose a noncreature, nonland card from among them and copy it. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.
Flying Whenever Ganax, Astral Hunter or another Dragon enters the battlefield under your control, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.") Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Flying, trample Whenever Incinerator of the Guilty deals combat damage to a player, you may collect evidence X. When you do, Incinerator of the Guilty deals X damage to each creature and each planeswalker that player controls. (To collect evidence X, exile cards with total mana value X or greater from your graveyard.)
When Swashbuckler Extraordinaire enters the battlefield, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.") Whenever you attack, you may sacrifice one or more Treasures. When you do, up to that many target creatures gain double strike until end of turn.
Land
Hidden Volcano enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {R}. {4}{R}, {T}, Sacrifice Hidden Volcano: Discover 4. Activate only as a sorcery. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 4 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control three or more artifacts, you gain 1 life. {T}: Add {C}. {4}, {T}, Sacrifice Inventors' Fair: Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Activate only if you control three or more artifacts.
Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)
Hideaway 4 (When this land enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.) Spinerock Knoll enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {R}. {R}, {T}: You may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost if an opponent was dealt 7 or more damage this turn.
Ramp
Planar Atlas enters the battlefield tapped. When Planar Atlas enters the battlefield, you may look at the top four cards of your library. If you do, reveal up to one land card from among them, then put that card on top of your library and the rest on the bottom in a random order. {T}: Add {C}.
Removal
Colorless spells you cast cost {2} less to cast. +1: Exile the top card of your library face down and look at it. Create a 2/2 colorless Spirit creature token. When that token leaves the battlefield, put the exiled card into your hand. −3: Destroy target permanent that's one or more colors.
Destroy target permanent an opponent controls. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with that permanent. They put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.
Maybeboard
Bargain (You may sacrifice an artifact, enchantment, or token as you cast this spell.) Flying, haste When Realm-Scorcher Hellkite enters the battlefield, if it was bargained, add four mana in any combination of colors. {1}{R}: Realm-Scorcher Hellkite deals 1 damage to any target.
Flying Dethrone (Whenever this creature attacks the player with the most life or tied for most life, put a +1/+1 counter on it.) Whenever Scourge of the Throne attacks for the first time each turn, if it's attacking the player with the most life or tied for most life, untap all attacking creatures. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
