Tap an untapped Cephalid you control: Tap target permanent. {U}{U}{U}: Tap all creatures without flying.

Vigilance As Anointed Peacekeeper enters the battlefield, look at an opponent's hand, then choose any card name. Spells your opponents cast with the chosen name cost {2} more to cast. Activated abilities of sources with the chosen name cost {2} more to activate unless they're mana abilities.

This spell can't be countered. Indestructible Toski, Bearer of Secrets attacks each combat if able. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, draw a card.

As Kindred Discovery enters the battlefield, choose a creature type. Whenever a creature you control of the chosen type enters the battlefield or attacks, draw a card.

Lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player untaps a land they control.

Parley — Whenever Innocuous Researcher attacks, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, you investigate. Then each player draws a card. At the beginning of your end step, you may untap all lands you control. If you do, you can't cast spells until your next turn.

Players can't search libraries. Any player may pay {2} for that player to ignore this effect until end of turn.

Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order. −7: You get an emblem with "Untap all permanents you control during each opponent's untap step" and "You draw a card during each opponent's draw step."
