Commander
Partner with Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Owen into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) For each kind of counter on Blue, Loyal Raptor, each other Dinosaur you control enters the battlefield with a counter of that kind on it.
Artifact
Agent's Toolkit enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter, a flying counter, a deathtouch counter, and a shield counter on it. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may move a counter from Agent's Toolkit onto that creature. {2}, Sacrifice Agent's Toolkit: Draw a card.
This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the greatest power among creatures you control. Whenever one or more nontoken creatures you control die, create a green Fungus Dinosaur creature token with base power and toughness each equal to the total power of those creatures. {2}, {T}: Double target creature's power until end of turn.
Creature
Flying, first strike At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn. If you exiled a land card this way, create a 3/1 red Dinosaur creature token. If you exiled a nonland card this way, create a Treasure token.
Companion — Your starting deck contains only cards with mana value 3 or greater and land cards. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for {3} as a sorcery.) When Keruga, the Macrosage enters the battlefield, draw a card for each other permanent you control with mana value 3 or greater.
Other Dinosaurs you control have haste. When Palani's Hatcher enters the battlefield, create two 0/1 green Dinosaur Egg creature tokens. At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you control one or more Eggs, sacrifice an Egg, then create a 3/3 green Dinosaur creature token.
Devour 3 (As this enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This creature enters the battlefield with three times that many +1/+1 counters on it.) Whenever Ravenous Tyrannosaurus attacks, it deals damage equal to its power to up to one other target creature. Excess damage is dealt to that creature's controller instead.
Flying, vigilance, trample, lifelink {5}, Exile Scavenged Brawler from your graveyard: Choose target creature. Put four +1/+1 counters, a flying counter, a vigilance counter, a trample counter, and a lifelink counter on that creature. Activate only as a sorcery.
Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of this creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) Whenever Scion of Calamity deals combat damage to a player, destroy target artifact or enchantment that player controls.
Trample Whenever Vaultborn Tyrant or another creature with power 4 or greater enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 3 life and draw a card. When Vaultborn Tyrant dies, if it's not a token, create a token that's a copy of it, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.
Enchantment
Whenever you attack, put a shield counter on target attacking creature. Until end of turn, it gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, remove a shield counter from it. If you do, draw a card." (If a creature with a shield counter on it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
When Garruk's Uprising enters the battlefield, if you control a creature with power 4 or greater, draw a card. Creatures you control have trample. (They can deal excess combat damage to the player or planeswalker they're attacking.) Whenever a creature with power 4 or greater enters the battlefield under your control, draw a card.
Instant
Permanents you control with counters on them gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. Prevent all damage that would be dealt to those permanents this turn. Proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
Land
{T}: Add {G}. Channel — {1}{G}, Discard Boseiju, Who Endures: Destroy target artifact, enchantment, or nonbasic land an opponent controls. That player may search their library for a land card with a basic land type, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. This ability costs {1} less to activate for each legendary creature you control.
{T}: Add {C}. {2}, {T}, Sacrifice Demolition Field: Destroy target nonbasic land an opponent controls. That land's controller may search their library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. You may search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
Diamond City enters the battlefield with a shield counter on it. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) {T}: Add {C}. {T}: Move a shield counter from Diamond City onto target creature. Activate only if two or more creatures entered the battlefield under your control this turn.
Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)
Restless Ridgeline enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {R} or {G}. {2}{R}{G}: Restless Ridgeline becomes a 3/4 red and green Dinosaur creature until end of turn. It's still a land. Whenever Restless Ridgeline attacks, another target attacking creature gets +2/+0 until end of turn. Untap that creature.
Sorcery
Put a double strike counter on target creature, then goad each creature that had a double strike counter put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.) Overload {4}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
Tempting offer — Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. For each opponent who searches a library this way, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched a library this way shuffles.
Sideboard
Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.) Trample, ward {2} Ancient Imperiosaur enters the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it for each creature that convoked it.
When Kogla and Yidaro enters the battlefield, choose one — • It gains trample and haste until end of turn. • It fights target creature you don't control. {2}{R}{G}, Discard Kogla and Yidaro: Destroy up to one target artifact or enchantment. Shuffle Kogla and Yidaro into your library from your graveyard, then draw a card.
Trample, haste Cycling {1}{R} When you cycle Yidaro, Wandering Monster, shuffle it into your library from your graveyard. If you've cycled a card named Yidaro, Wandering Monster four or more times this game, put it onto the battlefield from your graveyard instead. (Do this before you draw.)
