Artifact
When this artifact enters, shuffle your library and deal it into four libraries. If anything refers to your library, choose one of your libraries for it. Play with your libraries' top cards revealed. When this artifact leaves the battlefield, shuffle your libraries together.

When The Grand Calcutron enters, each player's hand becomes a program (an ordered row of revealed cards). Players can play only the first card of their program. If a card would be put into a player's hand from anywhere, that player reveals it and places it anywhere within their program instead. At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player's program has fewer than five cards, they draw cards equal to the difference. The Grand Calcutron can be your commander.

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player exiles the top card of their library. The player who exiled the card with the greatest mana value takes an extra turn after this one. If two or more players' cards are tied for greatest, the tied players repeat this process until the tie is broken.

As this artifact enters, each player puts a pop! counter on "0." Whenever a player casts a spell, move that player's pop! counter up one. Whenever a player's pop! counter hits "5," that player creates a 5/5 pink Giant Teddy Bear creature token and resets all pop! counters to "0."

Artifact
Creature
Flying Will of the council — When this creature enters, starting with you, each player votes for grace or condemnation. If grace gets more votes, each player returns each creature card from their graveyard to the battlefield. If condemnation gets more votes or the vote is tied, destroy all creatures other than this creature.

State-based actions don't apply to you or other permanents you control. (You don't lose the game due to having 0 or less life or drawing from an empty library. Your creatures aren't destroyed due to damage or deathtouch and aren't put into a graveyard due to having 0 or less toughness. Your planeswalkers aren't put into a graveyard if they have 0 loyalty. You don't put a legendary permanent into a graveyard if you control two with the same name. Counters aren't removed from your permanents due to game rules. Permanents you control attached or combined illegally remain on the battlefield. For complete rules and regulations, see rule 704.)

When this creature enters, each player who controls fewer lands than the player who controls the most lands searches their library for a number of basic land cards less than or equal to the difference, puts those cards onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffles.

Creature
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may say "Ach! Hans, run! It's the . . ." and the name of a creature card. If you do, search your library for a card with that name, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. That creature gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step.

Whenever a player plays a spell that counters a spell that has been played or a player plays a spell that comes into play with counters, that player may counter the next spell played or put an additional counter on a permanent that has already been played, but not countered.

Whenever any player taps a permanent, that player chooses one of their opponents. The chosen player gains control of that permanent at the beginning of the next end step. At the beginning of each player's end step, if that player didn't tap any nonland permanents that turn, this enchantment deals 3 damage to that player.

When this enchantment enters, exile all creatures face down. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses a card exiled with this enchantment at random and puts it onto the battlefield. When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, put all cards exiled with it into their owners' graveyards.

When this enchantment enters, each player puts their library into their hand. Players have no maximum hand size and don't lose the game for drawing from an empty library. Each player can't cast more than one spell each turn. When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses target player who controls more creatures than they do and is their opponent. The first player may reveal cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. If the first player does, that player puts that card onto the battlefield and all other cards revealed this way into their graveyard.

Creature cards in graveyards can attack and block as though they were on the battlefield, can block or be blocked only by creature cards in graveyards, are Zombies in addition to their other types, and have undeathtouch. (If they would deal damage to a creature card, exile that creature card instead.) Creature cards in your graveyard have haste.

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with this enchantment on the bottom of their library in a random order.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of this enchantment. When you gain control of this enchantment from another player, choose a creature you control and an opponent. Flip a coin. If you lose the flip, that opponent gains control of that creature.

When this enchantment enters and whenever an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library. During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with this enchantment, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses artifact, creature, land, or non-Aura enchantment. All nontoken permanents of that type phase out. (While they're phased out, they're treated as though they don't exist. Each one phases in before its controller untaps during their next untap step.)

Whenever a creature or land becomes tapped, put an hourglass counter on it. Each permanent with an hourglass counter on it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, remove all hourglass counters from permanents that player controls.

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent chooses money, friends, or secrets. For each player who chose money, you and that player each create a Treasure token. For each player who chose friends, you and that player each create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token. For each player who chose secrets, you and that player each draw a card.

Will of the council — Starting with you, each player votes for return or embark. If return gets more votes, each player returns up to two cards from their graveyard to their hand, then you exile Sail into the West. If embark gets more votes or the vote is tied, each player may discard their hand and draw seven cards.

Tempting offer — Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. For each opponent who searches a library this way, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched a library this way shuffles.

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Planar Deck
Byzantium Radiation — At the beginning of your upkeep, put an exposure counter on Aplan Mortarium. Then you lose life equal to the number of exposure counters on it. Whenever chaos ensues, create two 2/2 black Alien Angel artifact creature tokens with first strike, vigilance, and "Whenever an opponent casts a creature spell, this token isn't a creature until end of turn."

When you planeswalk to Aretopolis and at the beginning of your upkeep, put a scroll counter on Aretopolis, then you gain life equal to the number of scroll counters on it. When Aretopolis has ten or more scroll counters on it, planeswalk. Whenever chaos ensues, put a scroll counter on Aretopolis, then draw cards equal to the number of scroll counters on it.

All creatures have exalted. (Whenever a creature attacks alone, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn for each instance of exalted among permanents its controller controls.) Whenever chaos ensues, put a divinity counter on target green, white, or blue creature. That creature has indestructible for as long as it has a divinity counter on it.

At the beginning of your end step, goad target creature controlled by the player to your left. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) Whenever chaos ensues, target creature gains islandwalk until end of turn. (It can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)

When you planeswalk to Ketria and at the beginning of your upkeep, put your choice of a vigilance, menace, or trample counter on target creature you control. Whenever chaos ensues, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland permanent card. Put that card onto the battlefield or into your hand.

Whenever a creature you control attacks a player, for each other opponent, you may create a token that's a copy of that creature, tapped and attacking that opponent. Exile those tokens at the beginning of the next end step. Whenever chaos ensues, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. If you do, Kharasha Foothills deals that much damage to target creature.

Each creature card in your graveyard has embalm. Its embalm cost is equal to its mana cost. (Exile a creature card from your graveyard and pay its embalm cost: Create a token that's a copy of it, except it's a white Zombie in addition to its other types with no mana cost. Embalm only as a sorcery.) Whenever chaos ensues, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card.

When you planeswalk to Norn's Seedcore, chaos ensues. Whenever chaos ensues, reveal cards from the top of your planar deck until you reveal a plane card. Planeswalk to it, except don't planeswalk away from any plane. Put the rest of the revealed cards on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

When you planeswalk to Pompeii and at the beginning of your upkeep, put an eruption counter on it. Whenever you roll a blank on the planar die, scry 2. Then put an eruption counter on Pompeii. When chaos ensues, Pompeii deals damage to each creature and each player equal to the number of eruption counters on Pompeii. Each player sacrifices a land of their choice. Then planeswalk.

At the beginning of your end step, put the cards in your hand on the bottom of your library in any order, then draw that many cards. Whenever chaos ensues, reveal the top three cards of your planar deck. Each of the revealed cards' chaos abilities triggers. Then put the revealed cards on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

At the beginning of combat on your turn, up to one target creature you control becomes a copy of target creature an opponent controls. Will of the council — Whenever chaos ensues, starting with you, each player votes for a creature you don't control. Exile each creature with the most votes or tied for most votes.

When you planeswalk to Quicksilver Sea and at the beginning of your upkeep, scry 4. (Look at the top four cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom and the rest on top in any order.) Whenever chaos ensues, reveal the top card of your library. You may play it without paying its mana cost.

If an effect would create one or more tokens, it creates twice that many of those tokens instead. If an effect would put one or more counters on a permanent, it puts twice that many of those counters on that permanent instead. Whenever chaos ensues, until end of turn, whenever you tap a land for mana, add one mana of any type that land produced.

The first spell you cast during each of your turns with mana value 2 or greater has cascade. (When you cast that spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.) When chaos ensues, gain control of target artifact. Then planeswalk.

At the beginning of each of your postcombat main phases, there is an additional beginning phase after this phase. (The beginning phase includes the untap, upkeep, and draw steps.) When chaos ensues, reverse the game's turn order. Then planeswalk. (For example, if play had proceeded clockwise around the table, it now goes counterclockwise.)

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced. Whenever chaos ensues, reveal cards from the top of your planar deck until you reveal a plane card. Chaos ensues on that plane. Then put all cards revealed this way on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

Players have no maximum hand size. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card. Whenever chaos ensues, put a shadow counter on target creature. (A creature with shadow can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)

When you planeswalk to The Maelstrom and at the beginning of your upkeep, you may reveal the top card of your library. If it's a permanent card, you may put it onto the battlefield. If you revealed a card but didn't put it onto the battlefield, put it on the bottom of your library. Whenever chaos ensues, return target permanent card from your graveyard to the battlefield.

When you planeswalk to The Matrix of Time, each player exiles the top card of their library. During your turn, you may play lands and cast spells from among cards exiled with The Matrix of Time. Whenever you play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with The Matrix of Time, that card's owner loses 3 life and exiles the top card of their library. Whenever chaos ensues, create two Treasure tokens.

Modified creatures you control have trample and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, draw a card." (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.) Whenever chaos ensues, distribute three +1/+1 counters among one, two, or three target creatures you control.

Instant and sorcery spells have rebound. (The spell's controller exiles the spell as it resolves if they cast it from their hand. At the beginning of that player's next upkeep, they may cast that card from exile without paying its mana cost.) Whenever chaos ensues, you may search your library for an instant or sorcery card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Whenever you planeswalk to Two Streams Facility and at the beginning of the first upkeep of the game, each player chooses green anchor or red waterfall. Each player who last chose green anchor may play an additional land during each of their turns. Creatures controlled by players who last chose red waterfall get +2/+0 and have haste. Whenever chaos ensues, each player who last chose green anchor chooses red waterfall, and vice versa.
