The "legend rule" doesn't apply to permanents you control. Each legendary creature you control gets +1/+1. Each nontoken creature you control gets +1/+1 for each other creature you control with the same name as that creature.

+1: Choose up to one target creature. Put a +1/+1 counter and a counter from among flying, first strike, lifelink, or vigilance on it. −3: Look at the top seven cards of your library. You may put a permanent card with mana value 3 or less from among them onto the battlefield with a shield counter on it. Partner with Owen Grady, Raptor Trainer (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Owen into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) For each kind of counter on Blue, Loyal Raptor, each other Dinosaur you control enters the battlefield with a counter of that kind on it.

At the beginning of your end step, if a creature died this turn, create a tapped token that's a copy of Compy Swarm.

As Indominus Rex, Alpha enters the battlefield, discard any number of creature cards. It enters with a flying counter on it if a card discarded this way has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, haste, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. Create a number of 1/1 blue Faerie Dragon creature tokens with flying equal to that card's mana value. Elminster can be your commander.

Flying, trample Falco Spara, Pactweaver enters the battlefield with a shield counter on it. You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may cast spells from the top of your library by removing a counter from a creature you control in addition to paying their other costs.

Flying When Hidetsugu and Kairi enters the battlefield, draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order. When Hidetsugu and Kairi dies, exile the top card of your library. Target opponent loses life equal to its mana value. If it's an instant or sorcery card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, you may return one of them to its owner's hand. If you do, you may activate loyalty abilities of Kaito twice this turn rather than only once. +1: Up to one target creature can't attack or block until your next turn. 0: Draw a card. −2: Create a 2/2 colorless Drone artifact creature token with deathtouch and "When this creature leaves the battlefield, each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life."

Hexproof +2: Each opponent loses 3 life and you gain 3 life. 0: You draw two cards. Then each opponent may scry 1. −3: Exile target creature or enchantment. If it wasn't an Aura, create a token that's a copy of it, except it's a 1/1 white Spirit creature with flying in addition to its other types.

Whenever Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion deals combat damage to a player, exile the top card of each player's library. Until end of turn, you may play one of those cards. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than paying its mana cost.

You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. Once during each of your turns, you may cast a spell from your hand or the top of your library without paying its mana cost.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.

Whenever you cast a Human spell, target instant or sorcery card in your graveyard gains flashback until end of turn. The flashback cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may cast that card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
