Each opponent sacrifices a creature or planeswalker, then discards a card. You return a creature or planeswalker card from your graveyard to your hand, then draw a card. When you cast a Bolas planeswalker spell, exile Dark Intimations from your graveyard. That planeswalker enters the battlefield with an additional loyalty counter on it.

Return all creatures to their owners' hands.

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Choose a creature at random, then destroy the rest.

Draw three cards. Then target opponent faces a villainous choice — They discard three cards, or you may cast a spell from your hand without paying its mana cost.

Until end of turn, permanents your opponents control gain "When this permanent deals damage to the player who cast Hellish Rebuke, sacrifice this permanent. You lose 2 life."

Search your library for an instant or sorcery card, reveal it, then shuffle and put that card on top.

Each opponent chooses fame or fortune. For each player who chose fame, gain control of a creature that player controls until end of turn. Untap those creatures and they gain haste until end of turn. For each player who chose fortune, you draw a card and create a Treasure token.

Secret council — Each player secretly votes for truth or consequences, then those votes are revealed. You draw cards equal to the number of truth votes. Then choose an opponent at random. Truth or Consequences deals 3 damage to that player for each consequences vote.

{B}, Sacrifice a creature: Destroy target nonblack creature.

At the beginning of your end step, Chandra, Legacy of Fire deals X damage to each opponent, where X is the number of planeswalkers you control. +1: Add {R} for each planeswalker you control. 0: Remove a loyalty counter from each of any number of permanents you control. Exile that many cards from the top of your library. You may play them this turn.

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

As Cloud Key enters the battlefield, choose artifact, creature, enchantment, instant, or sorcery. Spells you cast of the chosen type cost {1} less to cast.

Choose any number of target creature and/or planeswalker cards in graveyards. Command the Dreadhorde deals damage to you equal to the total mana value of those cards. Put them onto the battlefield under your control.

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If you do, counter that spell if it has the same mana value as the revealed card.

+1: Until your next turn, creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays 2 life for each of those creatures. −3: Search your library for a Dragon card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. −7: Destroy all non-Dragon creatures. Sivitri, Dragon Master can be your commander.

Destroy target nonblack creature. At the beginning of your next upkeep, pay {2}{B}. If you don't, you lose the game.

Counter target noncreature spell unless its controller pays {1}. Ferocious — If you control a creature with power 4 or greater, counter that spell instead.

Flying As Talion, the Kindly Lord enters the battlefield, choose a number between 1 and 10. Whenever an opponent casts a spell with mana value, power, or toughness equal to the chosen number, that player loses 2 life and you draw a card.

Flying Whenever you draw a card, create a 1/1 blue and red Insect creature token with flying and haste. {2}{U}{R}: Draw a card, then discard a card. When The Locust God dies, return it to its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end step.

When The Meathook Massacre enters the battlefield, each creature gets -X/-X until end of turn. Whenever a creature you control dies, each opponent loses 1 life. Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, you gain 1 life.

Haste {1}, {T}: Copy target activated or triggered ability you control from another legendary source that's not a commander. You may choose new targets for the copy. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

Put a corruption counter on up to one other target creature or planeswalker. −3: Gain control of target creature or planeswalker until end of turn. Untap it and put a corruption counter on it. It gains haste until end of turn. −7: Gain control of each permanent with a corruption counter on it.

Flying, haste Whenever Jaya's Phoenix deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, copy the next loyalty ability you activate this turn when you activate it. You may choose new targets for the copy. Whenever you cast a planeswalker spell, you may return Jaya's Phoenix from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Whenever you activate an ability, if it isn't a mana ability, you may pay {2}. If you do, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Proliferate, then choose any number of permanents you control that had a counter put on them this way. Those permanents phase out. Flying Whenever Thrummingbird deals combat damage to a player, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Will of the council — Starting with you, each player votes for sickness or psychosis. If sickness gets more votes, creatures your opponents control get -2/-2 until end of turn. If psychosis gets more votes or the vote is tied, each opponent discards two cards.

Council's dilemma — Starting with you, each player votes for death or taxes. Each opponent sacrifices a creature for each death vote and discards a card for each taxes vote.

First strike, haste Sanctified Rules of Combat — When Sycorax Commander enters the battlefield, each opponent faces a villainous choice — That opponent discards all the cards in their hand, then draws that many cards minus one, or Sycorax Commander deals damage to that player equal to the number of cards in their hand.

({U/P} can be paid with either {U} or 2 life.) {1}{U/P}, {T}, Exile a spell you control: Target opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a card with mana value equal to 1 plus the exiled spell's mana value. Exile that card, then that player shuffles. You may cast that exiled card without paying its mana cost.

Exile target permanent you control. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. If it enters the battlefield as a creature, it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.

At the beginning of your end step, if you didn't activate a loyalty ability of a planeswalker this turn, you lose 2 life. {4}, {T}: For each planeswalker you control, you may activate one of its loyalty abilities once this turn as though none of its loyalty abilities have been activated this turn.
