Commander
The first spell you cast from anywhere other than your hand each turn has demonstrate. (When you cast that spell, you may copy it. If you do, choose an opponent to also copy it. A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.) Whenever you copy a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on The Twelfth Doctor.
Deal with the Black Guardian — When Vislor Turlough enters the battlefield, you may have an opponent gain control of it. If you do, it's goaded for as long as they control it. At the beginning of your end step, draw a card, then you lose life equal to the number of cards in your hand. Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)
Artifact
When Confession Dial enters the battlefield, surveil 3. {T}: Target legendary creature card in your graveyard gains escape until end of turn. The escape cost is equal to its mana cost plus exile three other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast it from your graveyard for its escape cost this turn.)
Imprint — Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell from their hand, exile it instead of putting it into a graveyard as it resolves. At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more cards exiled with River Song's Diary, choose one of them at random. You may cast it without paying its mana cost.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, look at that many cards from the top of your library. You may exile a nonland card from among them. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost. Equip {2}{U}
Creature
Each nonland card in your hand without foretell has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2}. (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile it from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.) Whenever you foretell a card, Dream Devourer gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
Myriad (Whenever this creature attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token that's a copy of this creature that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.) Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. You may cast sorcery spells as though they had flash.
Haste {2}, {T}: When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell that targets only a single opponent or a single permanent an opponent controls this turn, for each other opponent, choose that player or a permanent they control, copy that spell, and the copy targets the chosen player or permanent.
Enchantment
When Court of Locthwain enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of target opponent's library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it. If you're the monarch, until end of turn, you may cast a spell from among cards exiled with Court of Locthwain without paying its mana cost.
When Extraordinary Journey enters the battlefield, exile up to X target creatures. For each of those cards, its owner may play it for as long as it remains exiled. Whenever one or more nontoken creatures enter the battlefield, if one or more of them entered from exile or was cast from exile, you draw a card. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.) Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {4}.
Instant
Delayed Blast Fireball deals 2 damage to each opponent and each creature they control. If this spell was cast from exile, it deals 5 damage to each opponent and each creature they control instead. Foretell {4}{R}{R} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
End the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. The player whose turn it is discards down to their maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.) At the beginning of your next end step, you lose the game.
Choose one — • Break Their Chains — Destroy target artifact. • Interrogate Them — Exile the top three cards of target opponent's library. Choose one of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
Land
Arid Archway enters the battlefield tapped. When Arid Archway enters the battlefield, return a land you control to its owner's hand. If another Desert was returned this way, surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put it into your graveyard.) {T}: Add {C}{C}.
Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)
Planeswalker
+2: Target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. Until end of turn, you may cast that card without paying its mana cost. +1: Each opponent exiles two cards from their hand. −4: Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh deals 7 damage to target opponent, creature an opponent controls, or planeswalker an opponent controls. −12: Exile each nonland permanent your opponents control.
Sorcery
Cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.) Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Create a token that's a copy of target creature you control, except it isn't legendary. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Target opponent reveals the top seven cards of their library. You may cast an instant or sorcery spell from among them without paying its mana cost. Then that player puts the rest into their graveyard. Spell mastery — If there are two or more instant and/or sorcery cards in your graveyard, you may cast up to two instant and/or sorcery spells from among the revealed cards instead of one.
After the first postcombat main phase this turn, there's an additional combat phase followed by an additional main phase. At the beginning of that combat, untap all creatures that attacked this turn. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Maybeboard
If you would pay life while your library has at least that many cards in it, exile that many cards from the top of your library instead. +1: Look at the top two cards of your library. Exile one of them and put the other into your hand. −2: Create two 1/1 black Nightmare creature tokens with "At the beginning of combat on your turn, if a card was put into exile this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature." −7: Target player exiles the top X cards of their library, where X is the total mana value of cards you own in exile.
You may have Auton Soldier enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it isn't legendary, is an artifact in addition to its other types, and has myriad. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may put a token that's a copy of this creature onto the battlefield tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)
Captive Audience enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent of your choice. At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one that hasn't been chosen — • Your life total becomes 4. • Discard your hand. • Each opponent creates five 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy. This ability triggers only once each turn. +2: Add two mana in any combination of colors. +1: Exile the top five cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from among those exiled cards. −X: Chandra, Hope's Beacon deals X damage to each of up to two targets.
Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. You may cast any number of spells from among those nonland cards without paying their mana costs. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Commander spells you cast have cascade. (Whenever you cast a commander, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with lesser mana value. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)
Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. Until end of turn, it gains haste and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player or battle, create a Treasure token." (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
Gríma, Saruman's Footman can't be blocked. Whenever Gríma deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then that player puts the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of their library in a random order.
Choose one — • Gain control of all creatures with power 4 or greater until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste until end of turn. • Gain control of all creatures with power 3 or less until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste until end of turn.
Flash You control your opponents while they're searching their libraries. While an opponent is searching their library, they exile each card they find. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.
When you cast this spell, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap it. It gains menace and haste until end of turn. The Beast enters the battlefield tapped with six stun counters on it. (If it would become untapped, remove a stun counter from it instead.) Whenever a creature deals combat damage to its owner, untap The Beast and draw a card.
Indestructible When The One Ring enters the battlefield, if you cast it, you gain protection from everything until your next turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life for each burden counter on The One Ring. {T}: Put a burden counter on The One Ring, then draw a card for each burden counter on The One Ring.
Gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn. Create a Wicked Role token attached to up to one target creature. (If you control another Role on it, put that one into the graveyard. Enchanted creature gets +1/+1. When this Aura is put into a graveyard, each opponent loses 1 life.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. At the beginning of your end step, if you didn't play a card from exile this turn, create a tapped Powerstone token. (It's an artifact with "{T}: Add {C}. This mana can't be spent to cast a nonartifact spell.")
The first spell you cast from exile each turn has cascade. (When you cast your first spell from exile, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)
