Each creature you control has "Whenever a mana ability of this creature resolves, put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the amount of mana this creature produced. This ability triggers only once each turn."

{2}, {T}: Choose a color. Add an amount of mana of that color equal to your devotion to that color. (Your devotion to a color is the number of mana symbols of that color in the mana costs of permanents you control.)

+1: Draw two cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an artifact card.
−2: Target artifact becomes an artifact creature. If it isn't a Vehicle, it has base power and toughness 4/4.
−6: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact you control becomes tapped, draw a card."

Manascape Refractor has all activated abilities of all lands on the battlefield.
You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to pay the activation costs of Manascape Refractor's abilities.
