Commander

+1/+1 Counters
Golgari Grave-Troll enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on it for each creature card in your graveyard. {1}, Remove a +1/+1 counter from Golgari Grave-Troll: Regenerate Golgari Grave-Troll. Dredge 6 (If you would draw a card, you may mill six cards instead. If you do, return this card from your graveyard to your hand.)
If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on an artifact or creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead. {1}{G}, {T}: Put a +1/+1 counter on target artifact or creature you control. Activate only as a sorcery. Cycling {2} ({2}, Discard this card: Draw a card.)
Reyhan, Last of the Abzan enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever a creature you control dies or is put into the command zone, if it had one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may put that many +1/+1 counters on target creature. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
Partner with Pir, Imaginative Rascal (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Pir into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Toothy, Imaginary Friend. When Toothy leaves the battlefield, draw a card for each +1/+1 counter on it.
Counters Synergy
Indestructible As long as your devotion to white and black is less than seven, Athreos isn't a creature. At the beginning of your end step, put a coin counter on another target creature. Whenever a creature with a coin counter on it dies or is put into exile, return that card to the battlefield under your control.
Partner with Toothy, Imaginary Friend (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Toothy into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) If one or more counters would be put on a permanent your team controls, that many plus one of each of those kinds of counters are put on that permanent instead.
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from white and from blue. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you control, then proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.) Equip {2}
Trample, haste If you would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, put twice that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead. If an opponent would put one or more counters on a permanent or player, they put half that many of each of those kinds of counters on that permanent or player instead, rounded down.

Keyword Counters
Agent's Toolkit enters the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter, a flying counter, a deathtouch counter, and a shield counter on it. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.) Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, you may move a counter from Agent's Toolkit onto that creature. {2}, Sacrifice Agent's Toolkit: Draw a card.
Arwen, Mortal Queen enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it. {1}, Remove an indestructible counter from Arwen: Another target creature gains indestructible until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on that creature and a +1/+1 counter and a lifelink counter on Arwen.
Denry Klin, Editor in Chief enters the battlefield with your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, or vigilance counter on it. Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, if Denry has counters on it, put the same number of each kind of counter on that creature.
{2}, {T}: Exile another target creature you control. You may return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control. If you don't, at the beginning of the next end step, return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control with a vigilance counter and a lifelink counter on it.
Flying, vigilance, trample, lifelink {5}, Exile Scavenged Brawler from your graveyard: Choose target creature. Put four +1/+1 counters, a flying counter, a vigilance counter, a trample counter, and a lifelink counter on that creature. Activate only as a sorcery.
Put a double strike counter on target creature, then goad each creature that had a double strike counter put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.) Overload {4}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
Each other creature you control enters the battlefield with an additional vigilance counter on it. {3}, Remove three counters from among creatures you control: Mill three cards, then return a permanent card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Keyword Killas
Flying, first strike, vigilance, trample At the beginning of each combat, until end of turn, each other creature you control gets +1/+1 if it has flying, +1/+1 if it has first strike, and so on for double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, protection, reach, trample, vigilance, and partner. As Indominus Rex, Alpha enters the battlefield, discard any number of creature cards. It enters with a flying counter on it if a card discarded this way has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, haste, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. When Indominus Rex enters the battlefield, draw a card for each counter on it.
When Kathril, Aspect Warper enters the battlefield, put a flying counter on any creature you control if a creature card in your graveyard has flying. Repeat this process for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. Then put a +1/+1 counter on Kathril for each counter put on a creature this way.
Majestic Myriarch's power and toughness are each equal to twice the number of creatures you control. At the beginning of each combat, Majestic Myriarch gains flying until end of turn if you control a creature with flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, put your choice of a +1/+1, first strike, vigilance, or menace counter on Me, the Immortal. Counters remain on Me as it moves to any zone other than a player's hand or library. You may cast Me from your graveyard by discarding two cards in addition to paying its other costs.
When Odric, Blood-Cursed enters the battlefield, create X Blood tokens, where X is the number of abilities from among flying, first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance found among creatures you control. (Count each ability only once.)
At the beginning of each combat, creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn if a creature you control has first strike. The same is true for flying, deathtouch, double strike, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, skulk, trample, and vigilance.
Keyword Synergy
Reveal the top seven cards of your library. Choose from among them a card with flying, a card with first strike, and so on for double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance. Put one of the chosen cards onto the battlefield, the other chosen cards into your hand, and the rest into your graveyard.
Killas with Keyword Counters
Ninjutsu {2}{B} Biting-Palm Ninja enters the battlefield with a menace counter on it. Whenever Biting-Palm Ninja deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a menace counter from it. When you do, that player reveals their hand and you choose a nonland card from it. Exile that card.
Ninjutsu {1}{G} Kappa Tech-Wrecker enters the battlefield with a deathtouch counter on it. Whenever Kappa Tech-Wrecker deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a deathtouch counter from it. When you do, exile target artifact or enchantment that player controls.
Killas with Keywords
Vigilance, deathtouch, haste Questing Beast can't be blocked by creatures with power 2 or less. Combat damage that would be dealt by creatures you control can't be prevented. Whenever Questing Beast deals combat damage to an opponent, it deals that much damage to target planeswalker that player controls.
This spell can't be countered. Vigilance, reach, trample Ward {2} (Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {2}.) Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)
Myojin
Myojin of Cleansing Fire enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Myojin of Cleansing Fire has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it. Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Cleansing Fire: Destroy all other creatures.
Myojin of Cryptic Dreams enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Remove an indestructible counter from Myojin of Cryptic Dreams: Copy target permanent spell you control three times. (The copies become tokens.)
Myojin of Grim Betrayal enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Remove an indestructible counter from Myojin of Grim Betrayal: Put onto the battlefield under your control all creature cards in all graveyards that were put there from anywhere this turn.
Myojin of Infinite Rage enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Myojin of Infinite Rage has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it. Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Infinite Rage: Destroy all lands.
Myojin of Life's Web enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Myojin of Life's Web has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it. Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Life's Web: Put any number of creature cards from your hand onto the battlefield.
Myojin of Night's Reach enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Myojin of Night's Reach has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it. Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Night's Reach: Each opponent discards their hand.
Myojin of Seeing Winds enters the battlefield with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Myojin of Seeing Winds has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it. Remove a divinity counter from Myojin of Seeing Winds: Draw a card for each permanent you control.
Myojin of Towering Might enters the battlefield with an indestructible counter on it if you cast it from your hand. Remove an indestructible counter from Myojin of Towering Might: Distribute eight +1/+1 counters among any number of target creatures you control. They gain trample until end of turn.
