As your opponent I'll just attach the Plague to one of your protected creatures, which will make the Plague fall off on SBA check getting rid of it permanently.\nCorrection: Necrotic's ability does target, protection will work against it. Travelling does not so my comment applies just to this one card.\n"}]}
