Artifact
You may look at the top card of your library any time. You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost. {T}, Sacrifice ten nonland permanents: Each opponent loses 10 life.
{2}, {T}: Copy target activated or triggered ability you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {3}, {T}: Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. {4}, {T}: Copy target permanent spell you control. (The copy becomes a token.)
Flying, indestructible Eternity Gate — Whenever Necron Monolith attacks, mill three cards. For each creature card milled this way, create a 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature token. Crew 4 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 4 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)
{1}, {T}, Sacrifice another artifact: Reveal the top eight cards of your library. Put up to two noncreature artifact cards with total mana value less than or equal to the sacrificed artifact's mana value from among them onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.
Flying Whenever Weatherlight deals combat damage to a player, look at the top five cards of your library. You may reveal a historic card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic.) Crew 3
Creature
{2}{U}, {T}: Target player draws a card, then exiles a card from their hand. If a creature card is exiled this way, that player creates a token that's a copy of that card. When Arcane Artisan leaves the battlefield, exile all tokens created with it at the beginning of the next end step.
Grimgrin, Corpse-Born enters the battlefield tapped and doesn't untap during your untap step. Sacrifice another creature: Untap Grimgrin and put a +1/+1 counter on it. Whenever Grimgrin attacks, destroy target creature defending player controls, then put a +1/+1 counter on Grimgrin.
Phaeron — Whenever one or more artifact cards leave your graveyard, create two 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature tokens. Grand Strategist — At the beginning of combat on your turn, another target artifact creature you control gets +2/+2 and gains menace until end of turn.
Improvise (Your artifacts can help cast this spell. Each artifact you tap after you're done activating mana abilities pays for {1}.) Ward {4} Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under your control, put a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer and it can't be blocked this turn.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a token that's a copy of target noncreature artifact you control, except its name is Mishra's Warform and it's a 4/4 Construct artifact creature in addition to its other types. It gains haste until end of turn. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
Permanents you control have "Ward—Sacrifice a permanent." Each artifact card in your graveyard has unearth {1}{B}{R}. ({1}{B}{R}: Return the card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Enchantment
Creatures you control are artifacts in addition to their other types. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield. Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you lose 1 life and create a 2/2 black Necron Warrior artifact creature token.
Land
Mill
Dynastic Command Node — As long as you control your commander, activated abilities of cards in your graveyard cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that ability's activation cost to less than one mana. Translocation Protocols — {3}, {T}: Mill three cards.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put two eon counters on Out of the Tombs, then mill cards equal to the number of eon counters on it. If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, instead return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.
Sorcery
ramp
Living weapon (When this Equipment enters the battlefield, create a 0/0 black Phyrexian Germ creature token, then attach this to it.) Equipped creature gets +1/+1. Whenever equipped creature attacks, you may search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. Equip {3}
recursion
This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control. When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, mill four cards. {T}: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn. (You still pay its costs. Timing rules still apply.)
Flying Repair Barge — Whenever Ghost Ark becomes crewed, each artifact creature card in your graveyard gains unearth {3} until end of turn. Crew 2 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 2 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)
When Ruthless Technomancer enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice another creature you control. If you do, create a number of Treasure tokens equal to that creature's power. {2}{B}, Sacrifice X artifacts: Return target creature card with power X or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. X can't be 0.
Fear (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures.) Each artifact creature card in your graveyard has encore. Its encore cost is equal to its mana cost. (Exile it and pay its mana cost: For each opponent, create a token copy that attacks that opponent this turn if able. They gain haste. Sacrifice them at the beginning of the next end step. Activate only as a sorcery.)
Maybeboard
Consuming Aberration's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in your opponents' graveyards. Whenever you cast a spell, each opponent reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a land card, then puts those cards into their graveyard.
