For each bribery vote, create a Treasure token. While voting, you may vote an additional time. (The votes can be for different choices or for the same choice.)

Flying When this creature enters, investigate X times, where X is the number of opponents you have. (To investigate, create a Clue token. It's an artifact with "{2}, Sacrifice this token: Draw a card.") Whenever you draw your second card each turn, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.

At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if that player controls more creatures than you, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token. At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if that player controls more lands than you, you may search your library for a basic Plains card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Flying Will of the council — When this creature enters, starting with you, each player votes for grace or condemnation. If grace gets more votes, each player returns each creature card from their graveyard to the battlefield. If condemnation gets more votes or the vote is tied, destroy all creatures other than this creature.

Menace Ward—Pay 3 life. (Whenever this creature becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays 3 life.) Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, create a 1/1 black and green Pest creature token with "When this token dies, you gain 1 life."

When Wernog, Rider's Chaplain enters or leaves the battlefield, each opponent may investigate. Each opponent who doesn't loses 1 life. You investigate X times, where X is one plus the number of opponents who investigated this way. Friends forever (You can have two commanders if both have friends forever.)

If that player can't, they discard a card, they lose 2 life, you draw a card, you gain 2 life, you create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance, then you sacrifice this enchantment.

Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and is goaded. (It attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) Whenever enchanted creature attacks, each other creature that's attacking one of your opponents gets +1/+1 until end of turn.

At the beginning of your end step, for each player, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature that player controls. Each creature with one or more counters on it can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless its controller pays {X}, where X is the number of counters on that creature.
