When this enchantment enters, you become the monarch. Whenever a creature attacks you or a planeswalker you control, that creature's controller loses 1 life.

As this enchantment enters, choose Khans or Dragons. • Khans — At the beginning of your draw step, draw an additional card, then discard a card. • Dragons — Spells your opponents cast that target you or a permanent you control cost {2} more to cast.

Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.) Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {4}.
