Hangarback Walker enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When Hangarback Walker dies, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying for each +1/+1 counter on Hangarback Walker.
{1}, {T}: Put a +1/+1 counter on Hangarback Walker.

Cacophony Scamp

Whenever Cacophony Scamp deals combat damage to a player, you may sacrifice it. If you do, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)
When Cacophony Scamp dies, it deals damage equal to its power to any target.

Magma Pummeler

Magma Pummeler enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
If damage would be dealt to Magma Pummeler while it has a +1/+1 counter on it, prevent that damage and remove that many +1/+1 counters from it. When one or more counters are removed from Magma Pummeler this way, it deals that much damage to any target.
