Whenever Captain Vargus Wrath attacks, Pirates you control get +1/+1 until end of turn for each time you've cast a commander from the command zone this game.

When Corsair Captain enters the battlefield, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.") Other Pirates you control get +1/+1.

Parley — Whenever Cutthroat Negotiator attacks, each player reveals the top card of their library. For each nonland card revealed this way, you create a tapped Treasure token. Then each player draws a card.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of artifacts and/or creatures. This spell costs {2} less to cast for each permanent sacrificed this way and {2} less to cast for each other artifact or creature you've sacrificed this turn.
