Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Spelltwine

Exile target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard and target instant or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard. Copy those cards. Cast the copies if able without paying their mana costs. Exile Spelltwine.

Treachery

Enchant creature
When Treachery enters the battlefield, untap up to five lands.
You control enchanted creature.

Unwind

Counter target noncreature spell. Untap up to three lands.

Narset, Parter of Veils

Each opponent can't draw more than one card each turn.
−2: Look at the top four cards of your library. You may reveal a noncreature, nonland card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Mana Drain

Counter target spell. At the beginning of your next main phase, add an amount of {C} equal to that spell's mana value.

Propaganda

Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {2} for each creature they control that's attacking you.

Sol Ring

Ral, Caller of Storms

+1: Draw a card.
−2: Ral, Caller of Storms deals 3 damage divided as you choose among one, two, or three targets.
−7: Draw seven cards. Ral, Caller of Storms deals 7 damage to each creature your opponents control.

Island

City on Fire

Convoke (Your creatures can help cast this spell. Each creature you tap while casting this spell pays for {1} or one mana of that creature's color.)
If a source you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals triple that damage instead.

Caged Sun

As Caged Sun enters the battlefield, choose a color.
Creatures you control of the chosen color get +1/+1.
Whenever a land's ability causes you to add one or more mana of the chosen color, add one additional mana of that color.

Braid of Fire

Cumulative upkeep—Add {R}. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)

Mana Geyser

Add {R} for each tapped land your opponents control.

Fireball

This spell costs {1} more to cast for each target beyond the first.
Fireball deals X damage divided evenly, rounded down, among any number of targets.

Blasphemous Act

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature on the battlefield.
Blasphemous Act deals 13 damage to each creature.

Smoke

Players can't untap more than one creature during their untap steps.

Denying Wind

Search target player's library for up to seven cards and exile them. Then that player shuffles.

High Tide

Until end of turn, whenever a player taps an Island for mana, that player adds an additional {U}.

Blood Moon

Deepglow Skate

When Deepglow Skate enters the battlefield, double the number of each kind of counter on any number of target permanents.

Finale of Revelation

Draw X cards. If X is 10 or more, instead shuffle your graveyard into your library, draw X cards, untap up to five lands, and you have no maximum hand size for the rest of the game.

Sunbird's Invocation

Whenever you cast a spell from your hand, reveal the top X cards of your library, where X is that spell's mana value. You may cast a spell with mana value X or less from among cards revealed this way without paying its mana cost. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Leyline of Anticipation

If Leyline of Anticipation is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield.
You may cast spells as though they had flash.

War Tax

{X}{U}: This turn, creatures can't attack unless their controller pays {X} for each attacking creature they control.

Day's Undoing

Each player shuffles their hand and graveyard into their library, then draws seven cards. If it's your turn, end the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. Discard down to your maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)

Blatant Thievery

For each opponent, gain control of target permanent that player controls.

Twincast

Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Flamekin Herald

Commander spells you cast have cascade. (Whenever you cast a commander, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with lesser mana value. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)

Web of Inertia

At the beginning of combat on each opponent's turn, that player may exile a card from their graveyard. If the player doesn't, creatures they control can't attack you this turn.

Expropriate

Council's dilemma — Starting with you, each player votes for time or money. For each time vote, take an extra turn after this one. For each money vote, choose a permanent owned by the voter and gain control of it. Exile Expropriate.

Stasis

Players skip their untap steps.
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Stasis unless you pay {U}.

Overburden

Whenever a player puts a nontoken creature onto the battlefield, that player returns a land they control to its owner's hand.

Rhystic Study

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

One with the Multiverse

You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library.
Once during each of your turns, you may cast a spell from your hand or the top of your library without paying its mana cost.

Invoke the Winds

Gain control of target artifact or creature. Untap it.

Windfall

Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way.

Minds Aglow

Join forces — Starting with you, each player may pay any amount of mana. Each player draws X cards, where X is the total amount of mana paid this way.

Red Sun's Twilight

Destroy up to X target artifacts. If X is 5 or more, for each artifact destroyed this way, create a token that's a copy of it. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Spell Swindle

Counter target spell. Create X Treasure tokens, where X is that spell's mana value. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Torpor Orb

Creatures entering the battlefield don't cause abilities to trigger.

Bribery

Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.

Mountain

Narset's Reversal

Copy target instant or sorcery spell, then return it to its owner's hand. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Fiery Emancipation

If a source you control would deal damage to a permanent or player, it deals triple that damage to that permanent or player instead.

Fork

Copy target instant or sorcery spell, except that the copy is red. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Stranglehold

Your opponents can't search libraries.
If an opponent would begin an extra turn, that player skips that turn instead.

Winds of Change

Each player shuffles the cards from their hand into their library, then draws that many cards.

Price of Progress

Price of Progress deals damage to each player equal to twice the number of nonbasic lands that player controls.

Red Sun's Zenith

Red Sun's Zenith deals X damage to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead. Shuffle Red Sun's Zenith into its owner's library.

Gauntlet of Power

As Gauntlet of Power enters the battlefield, choose a color.
Creatures of the chosen color get +1/+1.
Whenever a basic land is tapped for mana of the chosen color, its controller adds an additional one mana of that color.

Reverberation

All damage that would be dealt this turn by target sorcery spell is dealt to that spell's controller instead.

Mind Over Matter

Discard a card: You may tap or untap target artifact, creature, or land.

Snap

Return target creature to its owner's hand. Untap up to two lands.

Will Kenrith

+2: Until your next turn, up to two target creatures each have base power and toughness 0/3 and lose all abilities.
−2: Target player draws two cards. Until your next turn, instant, sorcery, and planeswalker spells that player casts cost {2} less to cast.
−8: Target player gets an emblem with "Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy."

Repercussion

Whenever a creature is dealt damage, Repercussion deals that much damage to that creature's controller.

Land Equilibrium

If an opponent who controls at least as many lands as you do would put a land onto the battlefield, that player instead puts that land onto the battlefield then sacrifices a land.

Ral, Storm Conduit

Whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, Ral, Storm Conduit deals 1 damage to target opponent or planeswalker.
+2: Scry 1.
−2: When you next cast an instant or sorcery spell this turn, copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Finale of Promise

You may cast up to one target instant card and/or up to one target sorcery card from your graveyard each with mana value X or less without paying their mana costs. If a spell cast this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead. If X is 10 or more, copy each of those spells twice. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Hurkyl's Final Meditation

As long as it's not your turn, this spell costs {3} more to cast.
Return all nonland permanents to their owners' hands. End the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. The player whose turn it is discards down to their maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)

Enchanted creature has base power and toughness 0/2, has defender, and loses all other abilities.

Tolarian Winds

Discard all the cards in your hand, then draw that many cards.

Mana Crypt

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, Mana Crypt deals 3 damage to you.

Mana Vault

Mana Vault doesn't untap during your untap step.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may pay {4}. If you do, untap Mana Vault.
At the beginning of your draw step, if Mana Vault is tapped, it deals 1 damage to you.
{T}: Add {C}{C}{C}.

Collective Restraint

Domain — Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays {X} for each creature they control that's attacking you, where X is the number of basic land types among lands you control.

Repeated Reverberation

When you next cast an instant spell, cast a sorcery spell, or activate a loyalty ability this turn, copy that spell or ability twice. You may choose new targets for the copies.

Comet Storm

Multikicker {1} (You may pay an additional {1} any number of times as you cast this spell.)
Choose any target, then choose another target for each time this spell was kicked. Comet Storm deals X damage to each of them.

Rowan Kenrith

+2: During target player's next turn, each creature that player controls attacks if able.
−2: Rowan Kenrith deals 3 damage to each tapped creature target player controls.
−8: Target player gets an emblem with "Whenever you activate an ability that isn't a mana ability, copy it. You may choose new targets for the copy."

Inexorable Tide
