When Custodi Lich enters the battlefield, you become the monarch. Whenever you become the monarch, target player sacrifices a creature.

Fear (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or black creatures.) Whenever a creature deals damage to you, destroy it. When Dread is put into a graveyard from anywhere, shuffle it into its owner's library.

Whenever a Swamp enters the battlefield under your control, choose one — • You draw a card and you lose 1 life. • Dread Presence deals 2 damage to any target and you gain 2 life.
