These two halves of the deck work in tandem: the card advantage cards keep the engine running and produce the bodies necessary to maximize the creature-based explosive mana cards. The average CMC of the deck tends to be fairly low in order to maximize the number of cards you'll be playing per turn.\n\nBecause of the nature of this deck exiling most of the cards you'll be playing, many of the interaction cards are in the form of permanents. Seal of Primordium, Haywire Mite, Outland Liberator, and Cankerbloom represent bodies that can contribute to your creature count and act as removal that counteracts Red's need to play things impulsively since you can hold the removal for later. In the same vein, Eldrazi Monument acts as protection on a permanent as well as a win condition.\n\nApex Devastator and Etali, Primal Conqueror represent powerful haymakers that can cause you to swing from having just your Commander on board to having nine additional bodies in a snap. Etali, in particular, is your primary tutor target for your creature tutors, followed by cards like Ohran Frostfang for card draw or Jaheira if you need additional mana. Failing that, Plargg and Nassari is a decent option if you need something halfway decent on board to garner advantage if Etali isn't available for some reason; just keep in mind that Apex Devastator is not a good tutor target due to the fact that it doesn't trigger its Cascade effects if it hasn't been cast. Aside from that, the last decent tutor, Imperial Recruiter, has good targets in the form of Ohran Frostfang, Jaheira, Laelia, the Blade Reforged, and Goblin Anarchomancer. And finally, don't forget that aside from Etali and Jaheira, Time of Need could also grab Birgi, God of Storytelling, which is excellent on both sides of the cards depending on whether you need more mana to storm or more exiled cards to build a board.\n\nRegarding Last Chance and Warrior's Oath, these cards are absolutely phenomenal and will win you games, but your turns are obscenely long enough as is, so play these cards at your own risk.\n"}]}
