Instant and sorcery spells you cast cost {1} less to cast. Whenever a spell or ability you control counters a spell, you may draw a card. If you do, discard a card.

Whenever you discard a card, you may exile that card from your graveyard. If you do, you may play that card this turn.

Flying Spells your opponents cast that target one or more commanders you control cost {3} more to cast. Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)
