Tamiyo's Safekeeping
Target permanent you control gains hexproof and indestructible until end of turn. You gain 2 life. (A permanent with hexproof and indestructible can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control. Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Veil of Summer
Draw a card if an opponent has cast a blue or black spell this turn. Spells you control can't be countered this turn. You and permanents you control gain hexproof from blue and from black until end of turn. (You and they can't be the targets of blue or black spells or abilities your opponents control.)

Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Ok so, the idea of the deck is pretty simple. Ramp and make artifact tokens for the first 3-5 turns of the game, basically try to survive until you cast a Shape Anew that brings you a Bolas's Citadel.\n\nAfter you get the Citadel, churn through your library and sacrifice the various tokens that you make in the process to deal 10 to your opponent, cast the next citadel from the top of your library and keep going. Usually you're gonna be able to deal 20 if you get the ball rolling, but if that's not enough, Serene Remembrance ensures that you can always shuffle Verdant Commands and a spare Bolas's Citadel back into your library. If there's an ouphe or a karn, you can technically kill with the Dark Pool room from the Lost Mine of Pandelver dungeon.\n\nSome little optimizations when you're comboing: Try to play only fetchlands from the top of your library instead of other lands if you can help it, Lost Mine of Pandelver gives you a scry and a treasure on its first two rooms (way more useful than the other two dungeons), when you fetch, search for Gingerbread Cabins so you get one more token to sacrifice and if you have the option to draw a land or fetch it from the top of your library prioritize fetching it (and save the draw for a fetchland, cuz you can't get those out of your library by any other way).\n\nBTW. This deck is uh. Not very good. So don't expect to do much of winning. But it has big Timmy \"do the thing\" potential so uh. Try to mulligan aggressively for Shape Anew, which at the end of the day is the only thing you need need to combo. One thing it has going for it is that it's relatively resilient to creature removal and almost immune to graveyard hate. It does fold to a counterspell or shatter effect tho so uh. Watch out for those I guess?\n"}]}
