I'd highly recommend that you tutor for whatever you are missing of these three pieces if possible. I'd probably prioritize the card draw card first since Soundwave can make a few tokens, and you can draw into the other pieces. From there I would look for a good token generator or a card that gets a handful of tokens on board all at once in order to work with your draw engines and Soundwave. Mill is supplementary, and is a nice way to find some fun spells to cast."},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"I would generally use perplexing test to remove non-tokens on your opponents turn, that way you can keep your board and then play soundwave to guarantee that you can steal a few spells."},{"attributes":{"list":"bullet"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"It's not a bad idea to cast your other spells and wait to cast Soundwave until you know that you can take a few spells from your opponents graveyards.
