Description

{"ops":[{"insert":"On the draw, look for a Lotus Petal, a Chrome Mox, an Undermountain Adventurer, an Aluren, an Acererak the Archlich, either an Ancient Tomb or a City of Traitors, and a card to sacrifice to the Chrome Mox for color (this is what Nature's Claim, Swords to Plowshares, and Bone Splinters are primarily in the board to do). Alternatively, two Lotus Petals.\n\nOn Turn 1, play the fast mana up to four and play the Undermountain Adventurer, allowing you to *take the initiative*, searching for a basic land and putting it in your hand (if you sacrificed a Nature's Claim to your Chrome Mox, take a Forest.), then pass the turn.\nOn their turn 1, hope they don't have creature removal. That's really the biggest thing here. If they have creature removal you're without the mana dork which'll make the turn 2 slightly more problematic.\n\nOn *your* turn two, cast Aluren. This will let you cast the 3-drop creatures in the mainboard for free. Then cast Acererak the Archlich. His ETB trigger will return him to your hand, and let you venture into the dungeon. Venturing into the dungeon functions exactly the same as taking the initiative *if the Undercity is in play*, so from here you can just repeatedly cast Acererak to dig all the way through the Undercity made last turn, putting two counters on the mana dork, dealing 5 damage to your opponent, drawing a card, and fielding a creature. This creature *should be* either Undermountain Adventurer or White Plume Adventurer, to get another take the initiative trigger and in turn go back into the Undercity. Do this four times and win :D\n\nIf you *don't* hit an initiative card with the last room in the Undercity, Acererak will let you venture into an AFR dungeon. Take the Lost Mine of Phandelver every time, and the important detail is to drain your opponent for 1. (If you have a Bone Splinters, you can create a Goblin here to sacrifice to destroy your opponent's creature if you want to be a dick). Repeatedly reuse the card draw to aim for a White Plume Adventurer, cast it for free with Aluren, and return to the Undercity to continue closing out the game.\n\nSideboard thoughts:\n\nAbrupt Decay is here because it might be better in place of Bone Splinters for sacrificing to the Chrome Mox. I just wasn't sure what else to put in in place of the Bone Splinters so it's just kinda there.\n\nThe extra City of Traitors is there mostly because I had an extra slot in the sideboard. It could be replaced by something more interesting if you so chose.\n\nThe Cruel Tutors are also there as a thing that could replace the Bone Splinters, and would let you tutor one of the missing pieces to the combo if you didn't have them all in hand. It would be a turn *slower* if you had to do that so I didn't mainboard them.\n\nThe Krosan Grip is an option to replace the Nature's Claims. I'm not sure if they're any better just 'cause we're going for infinite damage *anyway*, so giving your opponent four to snipe off five doesn't sound like it matters, and the one mana artifact / enchantment snipe off Nature's Claim could come in handy.\n\nSeasoned Dungeoneer is there to replace the Elite Spellbinder. Maybe you want a higher chance to hit your initiative triggers, I dunno.\n\nVeil of Summer is there to replace the Nature's Claim if you're going up against a deck that may be running counterspells. Cast it at the top of turn 2 to guarantee the combo goes off.\n"}]}
