Card Advantage
Investigator's Journal enters the battlefield with a number of suspect counters on it equal to the greatest number of creatures a player controls. {2}, {T}, Remove a suspect counter from Investigator's Journal: Draw a card. {2}, Sacrifice Investigator's Journal: Draw a card.
Vigilance Whenever Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser attacks, suspect target creature. Then goad all suspected creatures. (A suspected creature has menace and can't block.) Whenever one or more creatures an opponent controls deal combat damage to one or more of your opponents, you and the controller of those creatures each draw a card.
Carrots
At the beginning of your end step, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. Goad each creature that had counters put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
As Bitter Feud enters the battlefield, choose two players. If a source controlled by one of the chosen players would deal damage to the other chosen player or a permanent that player controls, that source deals double that damage to that player or permanent instead.
Enchant player Creatures attacking enchanted player have trample. Whenever a creature deals combat damage to enchanted player, that player exiles the top card of their library. Until end of turn, that creature's controller may play that card and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
Commander creatures you own have "When this creature enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. For each opponent who does, you gain protection from that player until your next turn." (You can't be targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Path of Ancestry enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity. When that mana is spent to cast a creature spell that shares a creature type with your commander, scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom.)
Hideaway 4 (When this land enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.) Spinerock Knoll enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {R}. {R}, {T}: You may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost if an opponent was dealt 7 or more damage this turn.

Prevent all damage that would be dealt to you and planeswalkers you control this turn by sources you don't control. If damage from a creature source is prevented this way, Comeuppance deals that much damage to that creature. If damage from a noncreature source is prevented this way, Comeuppance deals that much damage to the source's controller.
Choose one — • Gain control of all creatures with power 4 or greater until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste until end of turn. • Gain control of all creatures with power 3 or less until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They gain haste until end of turn.

When Anathemancer enters the battlefield, it deals damage to target player equal to the number of nonbasic lands that player controls. Unearth {5}{B}{R} ({5}{B}{R}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)
Trample Whenever Coastline Marauders attacks, it gets +1/+0 until end of turn for each land defending player controls. Encore {4}{R}{R} ({4}{R}{R}, Exile this card from your graveyard: For each opponent, create a token copy that attacks that opponent this turn if able. They gain haste. Sacrifice them at the beginning of the next end step. Activate only as a sorcery.)

Carrot Options
When Bloodboil Sorcerer enters the battlefield, you take the initiative. Crown of Madness — {1}{R}, Sacrifice an artifact or creature: Goad target creature. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
When Ravenloft Adventurer enters the battlefield, you take the initiative. If a creature an opponent controls would die, instead exile it and put a hit counter on it. Whenever Ravenloft Adventurer attacks, if you've completed a dungeon, defending player loses 1 life for each card they own in exile with a hit counter on it.
Creatures named Lightning Rager can't attack you or planeswalkers you control. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player creates a 5/1 red Elemental creature token named Lightning Rager. It has trample, haste, and "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this creature."
Deathtouch Options
{B}: Endling gains menace until end of turn. {B}: Endling gains deathtouch until end of turn. {B}: Endling gains undying until end of turn. (When this creature dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.) {1}: Endling gets +1/-1 or -1/+1 until end of turn.
Draw Options

Prevent all combat damage that would be dealt this turn. Clash with an opponent. If you win, creatures that player controls don't untap during the player's next untap step. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a higher mana value.)
Grave Hate
Choose one. If you control a commander as you cast this spell, you may choose both. • Each opponent sacrifices a creature they control with the greatest power. • Exile all opponents' graveyards, then create X 0/1 black Thrull creature tokens, where X is the greatest power among creature cards exiled this way.
Maybeboard
Each nonland card in your hand without foretell has foretell. Its foretell cost is equal to its mana cost reduced by {2}. (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile it from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.) Whenever you foretell a card, Dream Devourer gets +2/+0 until end of turn.
First strike At the beginning of your postcombat main phase, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the total amount of life your opponents lost this turn. Exile one of those cards and put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may play the exiled card this turn.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a 2/1 red Elemental creature token with trample and haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step. {T}: Search your library for a card, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Activate only if five or more creatures died this turn.
First strike, trample, haste Whenever Life of the Party attacks, it gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the number of creatures you control. When Life of the Party enters the battlefield, if it's not a token, each opponent creates a token that's a copy of it. The tokens are goaded for the rest of the game. (They attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and is goaded. (It attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) Whenever enchanted creature attacks, each other creature that's attacking one of your opponents gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
At the beginning of each combat, creatures you control gain first strike until end of turn if a creature you control has first strike. The same is true for flying, deathtouch, double strike, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, skulk, trample, and vigilance.
Partner with Trynn, Champion of Freedom (When this creature enters the battlefield, target player may put Trynn into their hand from their library, then shuffle.) Menace Sacrifice a Human: Put a +1/+1 counter on Silvar, Devourer of the Free. It gains indestructible until end of turn.
Alliance — Whenever another creature enters the battlefield under your control, target creature an opponent controls can't block this turn. If this is the second time this ability has resolved this turn, that creature attacks during its controller's next combat phase if able.
Put a double strike counter on target creature, then goad each creature that had a double strike counter put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.) Overload {4}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
Xantcha, Sleeper Agent enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent of your choice. Xantcha attacks each combat if able and can't attack its owner or planeswalkers its owner controls. {3}: Xantcha's controller loses 2 life and you draw a card. Any player may activate this ability.

When Citizen's Crowbar enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 green and white Citizen creature token, then attach Citizen's Crowbar to it. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has "{W}, {T}, Sacrifice Citizen's Crowbar: Destroy target artifact or enchantment." Equip {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)
Choose one — • Return target creature you control and all Auras you control attached to it to their owner's hand. • Destroy target creature and you lose life equal to its toughness. • Return target creature card with mana value 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Destroy target creature. Its controller loses life equal to its power plus its toughness. Suspend 5—{1}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{B} and exile it with five time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Thorn Options
At the beginning of your upkeep, you lose 1 life and amass Zombies 1. (Put a +1/+1 counter on an Army you control. It's also a Zombie. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Zombie Army creature token first.) Whenever a Zombie token you control with power 6 or greater attacks, it gains lifelink until end of turn.
Deathtouch When Gonti, Lord of Luxury enters the battlefield, look at the top four cards of target opponent's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest on the bottom of that library in a random order. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.
At the beginning of your end step, for each player, put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature that player controls. Each creature with one or more counters on it can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless its controller pays {X}, where X is the number of counters on that creature.
Defender When Wall of Mourning enters the battlefield, exile a card from the top of your library face down for each opponent you have. Coven — At the beginning of your end step, if you control three or more creatures with different powers, put a card exiled with Wall of Mourning into its owner's hand.
Win Options
If Leyline of Combustion is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. Whenever you and/or at least one permanent you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, Leyline of Combustion deals 2 damage to that player.
