Nonbasic lands don't untap during their controllers' untap steps.

Explorer's Scope

Whenever equipped creature attacks, look at the top card of your library. If it's a land card, you may put it onto the battlefield tapped.
Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Frantic Search

Draw two cards, then discard two cards. Untap up to three lands.

Walking Atlas

{T}: You may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.

Puppet Strings

{2}, {T}: You may tap or untap target creature.

Ice Over

Enchant artifact or creature
Enchanted permanent doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.

Corridor Monitor

When Corridor Monitor enters the battlefield, untap target artifact or creature you control.

Metalwork Colossus

This spell costs {X} less to cast, where X is the total mana value of noncreature artifacts you control.
Sacrifice two artifacts: Return Metalwork Colossus from your graveyard to your hand.

Turnabout

Choose artifact, creature, or land. Tap all untapped permanents of the chosen type target player controls, or untap all tapped permanents of that type that player controls.

Pendant of Prosperity

Pendant of Prosperity enters the battlefield under the control of an opponent of your choice.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. Pendant of Prosperity's owner draws a card, then that player may put a land card from their hand onto the battlefield.

{1}: Enchanted creature gets +1/-1 or -1/+1 until end of turn.

Shimmer Dragon

Flying
As long as you control four or more artifacts, Shimmer Dragon has hexproof.
Tap two untapped artifacts you control: Draw a card.

Artificer's Epiphany

Draw two cards. If you control no artifacts, discard a card.

Galvanic Alchemist

Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)
As long as Galvanic Alchemist is paired with another creature, each of those creatures has "{2}{U}: Untap this creature."

Second Wind

Enchant creature
{T}: Tap enchanted creature.
{T}: Untap enchanted creature.

Aminatou's Augury

Exile the top eight cards of your library. You may put a land card from among them onto the battlefield. Until end of turn, for each nonland card type, you may cast a spell of that type from among the exiled cards without paying its mana cost.

Druidic Satchel

{2}, {T}: Reveal the top card of your library. If it's a creature card, create a 1/1 green Saproling creature token. If it's a land card, put that card onto the battlefield under your control. If it's a noncreature, nonland card, you gain 2 life.

Wayfarer's Bauble

{2}, {T}, Sacrifice Wayfarer's Bauble: Search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Dreamscape Artist

{2}{U}, {T}, Discard a card, Sacrifice a land: Search your library for up to two basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Mirran Spy

Flying
Whenever you cast an artifact spell, you may untap target creature.

Artificer's Intuition

{U}, Discard an artifact card: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value 1 or less, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Metamorphose

Put target permanent an opponent controls on top of its owner's library. That opponent may put an artifact, creature, enchantment, or land card from their hand onto the battlefield.

Retreat to Coralhelm

Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, choose one —
• You may tap or untap target creature.
• Scry 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card on the bottom of your library.)

Sky Diamond

Sky Diamond enters the battlefield tapped.
{T}: Add {U}.

Hope of Ghirapur

Flying
Sacrifice Hope of Ghirapur: Until your next turn, target player who was dealt combat damage by Hope of Ghirapur this turn can't cast noncreature spells.

Isolated Watchtower

{T}: Add {C}.
{2}, {T}: Scry 1, then you may reveal the top card of your library. If a basic land card is revealed this way, put it onto the battlefield tapped. Activate only if an opponent controls at least two more lands than you.

Lumengrid Augur

{1}, {T}: Target player draws a card, then discards a card. If that player discards an artifact card this way, untap Lumengrid Augur.

Emry, Lurker of the Loch

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each artifact you control.
When Emry, Lurker of the Loch enters the battlefield, mill four cards.
{T}: Choose target artifact card in your graveyard. You may cast that card this turn. (You still pay its costs. Timing rules still apply.)

Springleaf Drum

{T}, Tap an untapped creature you control: Add one mana of any color.

Ghostly Wings

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and has flying.
Discard a card: Return enchanted creature to its owner's hand.

Take into Custody

Tap target creature. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

Hedron Crawler

{T}: Add {C}. ({C} represents colorless mana.)

Dross Scorpion

Whenever Dross Scorpion or another artifact creature dies, you may untap target artifact.

Renowned Weaponsmith

{T}: Add {C}{C}. Spend this mana only to cast artifact spells or activate abilities of artifacts.
{U}, {T}: Search your library for a card named Heart-Piercer Bow or Vial of Dragonfire, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Magewright's Stone

{1}, {T}: Untap target creature that has an activated ability with {T} in its cost.

Sai, Master Thopterist

Whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying.
{1}{U}, Sacrifice two artifacts: Draw a card.

Scaretiller

Whenever Scaretiller becomes tapped, choose one —
• You may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
• Return target land card from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.

Artificer's Assistant

Flying
Whenever you cast a historic spell, scry 1. (Artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas are historic. To scry 1, look at the top card of your library, then you may put that card on the bottom of your library.)

Niblis of the Breath

Flying
{U}, {T}: You may tap or untap target creature.

Wall of Frost

Defender
Whenever Wall of Frost blocks a creature, that creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

Twiddle

You may tap or untap target artifact, creature, or land.

Surveyor's Scope

{T}, Exile Surveyor's Scope: Search your library for up to X basic land cards, where X is the number of players who control at least two more lands than you. Put those cards onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Wall of Stolen Identity

You may have Wall of Stolen Identity enter the battlefield as a copy of any creature on the battlefield, except it's a Wall in addition to its other types and has defender. When you do, tap the copied creature and it doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as you control Wall of Stolen Identity.
