Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each counter on it.
Equipped permanent isn't a planeswalker and is a creature in addition to its other types. (Loyalty abilities can still be activated.)

Obscura Storefront

When Obscura Storefront enters, sacrifice it. When you do, search your library for a basic Plains, Island, or Swamp card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle and you gain 1 life.

If Ghastly Mimicry would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

+1: Look at the top card of your library. You may reveal that card and put it into your hand. If you do, you lose life equal to its mana value.
−2: Create a 2/3 black Vampire creature token with flying and lifelink.
−7: Sorin the Mirthless deals 13 damage to any target. You gain 13 life.

Shipwreck Marsh

Shipwreck Marsh enters tapped unless you control two or more other lands.

Planar Incision
