If we're going to chuck cards into the graveyard to reanimate, we might as well get some value while we're at it!\nDue to the way Sidisi's ability is worded, smaller but multiple increments of self-mill are preferred. We could put in cards that mill half our library, but we would still only get one zombie from Sidisi.\n\nSince Sidisi cares about creatures, we have a very high amount of creatures present. It's not quite a Primal Surge deck, but could be easily be modified to fit that plan and include a labman win if you are into that.I am not, hence the absence of Laboratory Maniac lines and combos in general. This deck is meant to win through humongous creatures, massive boards and pinging opponents. While it will generate lots of zombies, it is not a zombie deck at all.\n\nOver time, I shaved away all the counterspells of the deck. It is not my style, I would rather be the problem that must be answered at the table. \n\nWhile Sidisi provides lots of value, she is not necessary for the deck to function and I practically never attempt to protect her from removal spells. Hence the absence of protection spells in the deck. We run a robust reanimation package instead.\n\nIn fact, none of the cards are strictly necessary. They are all replaceable. Embrace the mill. All parts of it work great for her, but we usually do not upgrade it unless we don't have better uses for the mana. \nThe first part is a pseudo-infinite with Sidisi due to the amount of creatures present in the deck. It can generate absolutely disgusting amounts of zombies.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Grist, the Hunger Tide"},{"insert":" is another card that seems specifically made for us. I am usually happy just plussing it for the self-mill effect, but the first negative is also quite good. It's great if you can get to the last one, but don't count on it.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Mesmeric Orb"},{"insert":" counts as multiple self-mill triggers, as far as Sidisi is concerned. This can generate LOTS of zombies for you and also bin goodies to reanimate. The activated ability also tends to scare opponents even if you do not intend to use it. They are good cards that would naturally fit into this deck.\n\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Ancient Brass Dragon"},{"insert":" can be a big swing if you roll well.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Apprentice Necromancer"},{"insert":" has a funny pseudo-loop with Ancient Brass Dragon. If you sac the apprentice to reanimate the dragon, you can bring back the apprentice to reanimate the dragon on the next turn on any result but a 1.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Erinis, Gloom Stalker"},{"insert":" is a pretty consistent way to bring back lands into play. You can bring back fetches again and again if you want!\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Eternal Witness"},{"insert":" is nothing spectacular but can bring back any one card you want from the yard to hand.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Hedge Shredder"},{"insert":" can put LOTS of lands into play for you. This will work out better for you than the opponent most of the time, but do watch out what they have in the graveyard. Transform your entire board into copies of Sidisi, mill yourself and generate tons of zombies! There are plenty of other options to copy, of course, including a lot of other cards in this category if you happen to also have them in play.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Dreadhound"},{"insert":" is a bit of a pet card of mine. Don't understimate it, this has killed many players with pings. It can also make blocking your creatures very difficult since he will trigger on all creature deaths.\n"},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"Fiend Artisan"},{"insert":" is a repeatable creature tutor that puts them into play.
