{2}{B}: This creature gets +3/+3 and gains deathtouch until end of turn. At the beginning of your end step, if a player lost 4 or more life this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature. (Damage causes loss of life.)

Other Vampires you control get +1/+1.

Whenever another black creature you control enters, target creature gains intimidate until end of turn. (It can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.)

Ascend (If you control ten or more permanents, you get the city's blessing for the rest of the game.) This creature has flying as long as you have the city's blessing.
