Protection Racket

At the beginning of your upkeep, repeat the following process for each opponent in turn order. Reveal the top card of your library. That player may pay life equal to that card's mana value. If they do, exile that card. Otherwise, put it into your hand.

Plague Wind

Destroy all creatures you don't control. They can't be regenerated.

Vedalken Orrery

You may cast spells as though they had flash.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

If you tap a permanent for mana, it produces twice as much of that mana instead.

Search your library for a Forest card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.

Return target creature or land card from your graveyard to your hand. (Then exile this card. You may cast the enchantment later from exile.)

Virtue of Strength

If you tap a basic land for mana, it produces three times as much of that mana instead.

Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. When you do, it fights up to one target creature you don't control. (Each deals damage equal to its power to the other.)
