Commander
Note the mana value of each card as it's put into exile. Bell Borca, Spectral Sergeant's power is equal to the greatest number noted for it this turn. At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn.
Board Wipes
Delayed Blast Fireball deals 2 damage to each opponent and each creature they control. If this spell was cast from exile, it deals 5 damage to each opponent and each creature they control instead. Foretell {4}{R}{R} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
Paradox — Impending Flux deals X damage to each opponent and each creature they control, where X is 1 plus the number of spells you've cast from anywhere other than your hand this turn. Foretell {1}{R}{R} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)
Combat Pumps
Whenever you attack, you may discard a card. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on target attacking creature. It gains trample until end of turn. Whenever you discard one or more cards, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card until your next end step.
Put a double strike counter on target creature, then goad each creature that had a double strike counter put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.) Overload {4}{R}{R}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
Creature
Flying, first strike At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play them this turn. If you exiled a land card this way, create a 3/1 red Dinosaur creature token. If you exiled a nonland card this way, create a Treasure token.
Flicker
Exile target creature you control, then return it to the battlefield under its owner's control. Rebound (If you cast this spell from your hand, exile it as it resolves. At the beginning of your next upkeep, you may cast this card from exile without paying its mana cost.)
Graveyard Hate
{W}: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a permanent card, put a +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash. Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each +1/+1 counter on Lion Sash. Reconfigure {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control; or unattach from a creature. Reconfigure only as a sorcery. While attached, this isn't a creature.)
Impulse One-Off
Exile the top three cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. If this spell was cast from a graveyard, you may play cards this way without paying their mana costs. Flashback {7}{R} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
Impulse Recurring
Whenever a modified creature you control attacks, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn. (Equipment, Auras you control, and counters are modifications.) Whenever you cast a spell from exile, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
As Outpost Siege enters the battlefield, choose Khans or Dragons. • Khans — At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. • Dragons — Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, Outpost Siege deals 1 damage to any target.
(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.) I — Exile the top four cards of your library. Until the end of your next turn, you may play those cards. II, III — Whenever you cast a spell this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
Equipped creature gets +2/+2 and has protection from red and from green. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, exile the top two cards of your library. You may play those cards this turn. You may play an additional land this turn. Equip {2}
Whenever Tectonic Giant attacks or becomes the target of a spell an opponent controls, choose one — • Tectonic Giant deals 3 damage to each opponent. • Exile the top two cards of your library. Choose one of them. Until the end of your next turn, you may play that card.
Haste At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. You may play it this turn. At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, the next time they would draw a card this turn, instead they exile the top card of their library. They may play it this turn.
Impulse Synergy
Whenever you cast a spell from exile, Quintorius Kand deals 2 damage to each opponent and you gain 2 life. +1: Create a 3/2 red and white Spirit creature token. −3: Discover 4. −6: Exile any number of target cards from your graveyard. Add {R} for each card exiled this way. You may play those cards this turn.
The first spell you cast from exile each turn has cascade. (When you cast your first spell from exile, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.)
Land
Hidden Courtyard enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {W}. {4}{W}, {T}, Sacrifice Hidden Courtyard: Discover 4. Activate only as a sorcery. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 4 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. (Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 4 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Protection/Evasion
Ramp/Lands
Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it. Suspend 3—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, you may pay {1}{R} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
When Stoic Farmer enters the battlefield, search your library for a basic Plains card and reveal it. If an opponent controls more lands than you, put it onto the battlefield tapped. Otherwise put it into your hand. Then shuffle. Foretell {1}{W} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)

Removal
Flying When Angel of Sanctions enters the battlefield, you may exile target nonland permanent an opponent controls until Angel of Sanctions leaves the battlefield. Embalm {5}{W} ({5}{W}, Exile this card from your graveyard: Create a token that's a copy of it, except it's a white Zombie Angel with no mana cost. Embalm only as a sorcery.)
Imprint — When Duplicant enters the battlefield, you may exile target nontoken creature. As long as a card exiled with Duplicant is a creature card, Duplicant has the power, toughness, and creature types of the last creature card exiled with Duplicant. It's still a Shapeshifter.
When Touch the Spirit Realm enters the battlefield, exile up to one target artifact or creature until Touch the Spirit Realm leaves the battlefield. Channel — {1}{W}, Discard Touch the Spirit Realm: Exile target artifact or creature. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
The owner of target artifact or creature with mana value 1 or greater shuffles it into their library. Then that player discovers X, where X is its mana value. (They exile cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with that mana value or less. They cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into their hand. They put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
Sorcery
Discover 10. If the discovered card's mana value is less than 10, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to the difference. (To discover 10, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card with mana value 10 or less. Cast it without paying its mana cost or put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
Win-Cons
Whenever one or more cards are put into exile from your hand or a spell or ability you control exiles one or more permanents from the battlefield, put that many +1/+1 counters on Hero of Bretagard. As long as Hero of Bretagard has five or more counters on it, it has flying and is an Angel in addition to its other types. As long as Hero of Bretagard has ten or more counters on it, it has indestructible and is a God in addition to its other types.
Choose any number of target creatures, planeswalkers, and/or players. For each of them, exile the top card of your library, then Soulfire Eruption deals damage equal to that card's mana value to that permanent or player. You may play the exiled cards until the end of your next turn.
Maybeboard
Flying, vigilance {2}{W}, {T}: Exile another target creature. Return that card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. {2}{W}, {T}, Exert Angel of Condemnation: Exile another target creature until Angel of Condemnation leaves the battlefield. (An exerted creature won't untap during your next untap step.)
Flying When Boreas Charger leaves the battlefield, choose an opponent who controls more lands than you. Search your library for a number of Plains cards equal to the difference, reveal those cards, put one of them onto the battlefield tapped and the rest into your hand, then shuffle.
When Fraying Line enters the battlefield, put a rope counter on target creature you control. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may pay {2}. If they do, they put a rope counter on a creature they control. Otherwise, exile Fraying Line and each creature without a rope counter on it, then remove all rope counters from all creatures.
Red creatures you control get +1/+0. White creatures you control get +0/+1. {R}{W}, Exile Legion's Initiative: Exile all creatures you control. At the beginning of the next combat, return those cards to the battlefield under their owner's control and those creatures gain haste until end of turn.
Imprint — Whenever a nontoken creature dies, you may exile that card. If you do, return each other card exiled with Mimic Vat to its owner's graveyard. {3}, {T}: Create a token that's a copy of a card exiled with Mimic Vat. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step.
{2}, {T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card. Put a brick counter on Oracle's Vault. {T}: Exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card without paying its mana cost. Activate only if there are three or more brick counters on Oracle's Vault.
Return target permanent card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. If this spell was cast from a graveyard, you may copy this spell and may choose a new target for the copy. Flashback {4}{W} (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, exile the top card of your library. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled. At the beginning of your end step, if there are cards exiled with Valakut Exploration, put them into their owner's graveyard, then Valakut Exploration deals that much damage to each opponent.
Exile target creature you don't control. For each creature exiled this way, its controller searches their library for a basic land card. Those players put those cards onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. Overload {4}{W}{W} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")
